Ratna took all the empty lunch boxes from the table and arranged those in the bag which she brought from RM for Arnav and Khushi.
Ratna: Khushi... today, you go home and take rest. I will be with Chotte. You didn't get proper sleep since few days. Taking rest is necessary for everyone.
Arnav looked at her freaking.
Khushi: No Amma. I will be here. Trust me, I will sleep tonight.
Arnav's face got regenerated by her reply.
Ratna: Don't spoil your health Khushi. It will not good to be awaken without sleep.
Khushi: I will sleep for sure Amma.
Ratna: Sleep for a while at least. Ok?
Khushi nodded ok.
Arnav: I will take care of her mom.
Ratna and Khushi got amazed.
Ratna (smilingly): Chotte... you yourself need someone beside you. Don't forget that.
Arnav: I'm not forgetting that mom.
He said looking at Khushi.
Ratna (teasingly): Ohhhh. Carry on. Carry on.
She left from there smilingly, leaving blushing Khushi. Khushi looked at the saline bottle which was going to be ended. She dragged the chair beside Arnav's bed and sat there.
Arnav: Khushi you sleep. I will wake you up if I want anything.
Khushi: Yah. I will sleep after this bottle got changed.
Arnav: I will call the nurse by intercom Khushi.
Khushi (folding her hand): I'm not here to sleep. Remember? I know, what I should do. Ok?
Arnav nodded yes folding his lips. After twenty minutes, the bottle got finished. In those twenty minutes, Arnav's gaze didn't leave Khushi's face. Seems like, he won't sleep tonight. Khushi called the nurse. She came and removed the saline bottle.
Khushi: Won't you put another one?
Nurse: No ma'am. It's not needed anymore as he started taking food.
Arnav: When will you discharge me?
Nurse: You should ask the doctor sir. (She went.)
Arnav: You can sleep now.
Khushi: I will wait until doctor comes.
Khushi know Doctor will come at 10:00pm to check Arnav.
Arnav: Yah I too want to ask him about my discharge. This hospital sucks.
Khushi: What will you do going home? Even if you go home, you will be on the bed only.
Arnav: How long could I sit in the same place Khushi?
Khushi: You have to....
Arnav (cutting her): If you help me....

Arnav saw doctor coming.
Doctor: Hi champ. How are you?

Doctor (looking at Khushi): Take care of him.
Khushi nodded ok. Doctor left and again Khushi came to the chair and sat. Arnav didn't speak after that. He knew she would sleep fast. As expected, she slept, keeping her head on Arnav's bed. Arnav stroked her hair lovingly.
After a while Khushi got disturbed as she was keeping her neck in one position for long. She lifted her head up and saw Arnav was looking at her folding his hands.
Khushi (in sleepy voice): Arnav.... haven't you sleep yet?
Arnav: I didn't get sleep.
Khushi: But why? Do you want anything?
Arnav: No. Nothing. You continue.
Khushi: You too sleep.
Arnav: Yah...
He lay down and closed his eyes.
Khushi again dozed off. Arnav slightly opened his eyes and confirmed that she slept. He sat on the bed comfortably and again started admiring her. She looked so adorable while sleeping. She remembered him a cute sleeping baby. Arnav smiled at her sleeping form. He never gets enough of her nearness, no matter what. He would spend his whole life gazing at her. And should mention, he got her forgiveness, that was something he least expected.
As usual, Khushi woke up from her sleep at 4'o clock. It became her routine as she has to check Arnav often. She was shocked seeing him still awaken.
Khushi: Arnav....What are you looking at me?
Arnav: Ohh... nothing. I just...
Khushi: Didn't you sleep at least for a while?
Arnav: Yah I did. Just now I woke up.
He lied.
Khushi: But you are not looking so. Your eyes are sparkling fresh. Tell me the truth, did you sleep?
Arnav: I didn't get sleep, what to do?
Khushi: What!!! It's 4'o clock Arnav. Still you are awaking. It's not good for your health. You need complete rest.

Khushi: I will be with you (pause) because I too can't live without you.
Arnav: Thank you.
Khushi: now stop gazing me. Go to sleep.
Arnav: Shouldn't I look at you?
Khushi: You can but not throughout the night, spoiling your sleep.
Arnav: Sleep is not a matter.
Khushi: It is. If you look tired tomorrow, how will doctor allow you to get discharged? He won't send you home. but I will go home tomorrow for sure. Then only you will sleep.
Arnav: Mat jao. (don't go) please.
Khushi: Then sleep. Or else I will ask doctor to give you sleeping doze.
Arnav: No. I will sleep.
Khushi: Lie down.
She made him lie down. Arnav kept her palm under his cheek and closed his eyes. Khushi sat beside him stroking his hair while admiring him. Yes.... now this is her turn.
Next day
Ratna say a girl rushing inside the hospital who was in burqa. Ratna stumbled, as the girl banged on her. Arvind held Ratna's shoulders and saved her from falling.
Girl: I'm sorry aunty... I'm sorry. (she stopped identifying Ratna) you are Arnav Singh Raizada's parents right? (Ratna and Arvind spared glance) May I meet JEEJAJI?
"JEEJEJI?"
Whom she is talking about?
Ratna: Who is your Jeejaji?
Girl: Arnav Jeejaji.
Ratna got confused as she knew, Khushi has no sisters.

Rishi (wiping his tears): Dad...
Khushi (shockingly): Whaaat????
Rishi: Not only Jeejai but also you.

Rishi: I heard him talking with Mom.

He paused and cried.

Arnav: Khushi..... relax....
