The dean of the Holy Christ Hospital, Stefania sat with a thud when Rose narrated who really Sneha is. Aman conveyed the real face of Sneha. They couldn't believe that a woman who was with them for seven years is a fraud.
Stefi: I really can't believe it.
Rose: Even me... How cleverly she cheated everyone...
Stefi: Being a Cardiologist, how could she be heartless?
Rose: Yes, she is a cardiologist with no heart. She separated a mother from her child, father, and all her loved ones.
She said angrily.
Stefi: Let's file a case. She shouldn't step into the UK again.
Rose: Yeah... we have to send Khushi's certificate back. She can't practice without it.
Stefi: I will do all the legal formalities to send her certificate back.

Sneha stunned seeing the place where she stayed twelve years ago. Taking the money from the woman, she decided to go to the place where she and her mother lived. She thought she will get some helping hand in that place. But the place had been changed unimaginably in the last twelve years. Shopping malls... computer centers... hotels... what not?
Sneha couldn't recognize the place. She couldn't even find her own house where she used to be. She inquired some people, telling her friends' names. But she didn't get any useful information. She felt dejected. She was hungry. Instead of eating something, she spent the money to buy a bus ticket. Her motive didn't get succeed. She will definitely lose her consciousness if she doesn't get anything to eat. She stood not knowing what to do.

Arnav: Khushi, come with me.
Khushi: Where?
Arnav: I'm going to Sanjay's hospital for official work.
Khushi: ok.... but what I will do coming with you?
Arnav knew she will ask such a question. As he expected it already, he was prepared with an answer.
Arnav: What will you do at home? Everybody will go to the hospital.
Khushi: I will be with Arshi.
Arnav: She is going to Hospital with Di to meet Shali.
Khushi: Ohh yeah...
Arnav: Will you come with me now?
Khushi nodded yes.
Arnav: I didn't expect this extreme change from you Khushi...
He said disappointedly.
Khushi: What change?
Arnav: You were so interested to be with me when we were in college. But now, you need a reason to come with me....
He said making face.

Com: I don't know her name, sir.
Arnav and Aman sighed in relief.
Arnav: Have you seen her?
Com: Yes... she came here before going to London.
Aman: Ohh really? Will you recognize her?
Com: Definitely... she gave me money to take care of her mother. And I'm waiting for her return because her mother is my responsibility.
Arnav understood he is expecting nothing but money.
Arnav: oh... is that compounder you? I wanted to thank you. She is in the car. I don't want her to see her mother in this state. But I have no objection if you want to see her from distance. Come...
He took the compounder with him, gesturing something to Aman. Aman nodded yes. Arnav left with the compounder.
Aman: We can start the process.
Sanjay nodded yes.
Arnav dialed Khushi. She attended it.
Khushi: Where are you?
Arnav: Lower the car window.
Khushi lowered it and the compounder looked at Khushi.
Arnav: She is my wife.
The compounder wished Khushi with joining hands. She reciprocated him. Arnav disconnected the call and removed a bunch of money.
Arnav: Didn't she look so dull?
Com(looking at the money): Yes, sir. Poor she... I think she is feeling sad about her mother.
Arnav: Exactly... that's why I don't want her to come inside.
He extended the money towards him.
Com: You are right sir. She doesn't need to come here. Let her sit in the car. I will help you.
Arnav nodded yes smiling.
Suhani was taken to the AR hospital. Aman went with her in the Ambulance. Without Khushi's knowledge, Arnav finished the work. He sighed in relief.
Arnav and Khushi started back to RM. After five minutes of their travel, Khushi asked him to stop the car.
Arnav: What happened?
Khushi: Could you wait here for half an hour?
Arnav: For what?
Khushi showed a beauty parlor. Arnav rolled his eyes.
Arnav: You look always beautiful. Then...
Khushi(cutting him): Please please...
Arnav: Ok let's go.
Khushi: It's women's parlor. You are not allowed.
Arnav: I will be outside.
Khushi: You can be in the car.
Arnav: No... I won't.
Khushi (sighing): Ok... let's go.
Arnav waited outside. He was not ready to leave Khushi alone. He waited outside of the parlor. He thought Khushi went to the parlor to make herself beautiful. Somewhat, he right though. What she is going to do will definitely make her beautiful but not in the way Arnav thinks.
