Won't be easy
The blanket was thrown off forcefully. One figure rushed into the bathroom, while the other, still on the bed, chased after immediately. The bathroom light flicked on, followed by the heavy sound of dry heaving.
Lorena's hair was brushed back, and a hand kept gently stroking her back.

She sat on the sofa as Natsha handed her a glass of warm water. Not too much, not too little.
She took it and tilted her head back, drinking it all in one go. A plain cracker was brought to her lips.
"Eat!" Natsha said, lifting her chin slightly.
Lorena frowned, lips pressed together, and turned her face away. Natsha held back the eye roll that was about to escape.
"Are you a kid? Do you need to be pampered just to eat?" Natsha asked.
"It's too dry, I don't want it..." Lorena murmured, then lay down on the sofa, turning her face inward, not caring whether Natsha heard her or not.
The sound of footsteps gradually faded. Lorena thought Natsha had finally given up.
But no, only a few minutes later, Lorena was pulled upright. Or rather, Natsha half lifted her into a sitting position.
"It's not dry. Okay now?" She said, bringing a piece of white bread to Lorena's mouth. Lorena stubbornly kept her lips sealed.
Natsha narrowed her eyes. She tore off the light brown crust, then broke off a small piece of the soft white bread and held it to Lorena's lips.
Only then did Lorena reluctantly eat. She took a bite, Natsha took one too. The only difference was that Natsha ate the crust, while Lorena ate the soft inside.
After Lorena finished, Natsha left to wash her hands.
When she returned, Lorena had curled up on the sofa, eyes half closed. Natsha moved closer, about to carry her back to the bedroom, but Lorena stopped her.
"Sleep here..." She murmured softly, eyes still shut tight.
Natsha wanted to say something, then thought better of it. She covered Lorena with a small blanket.
"Do you have a habit of torturing yourself?" She said, lightly patting Lorena's leg. Lorena lifted one leg, and Natsha slid a pillow between her thighs for her to hold.
"Warm bed, soft mattress, and you don't want them. Yet you insist on rolling around on this sofa." Natsha said as she lay down beside her, one hand behind her neck, the other resting on her stomach.
Lorena didn't answer. Natsha only felt the steady, gentle breaths brushing against her shoulder.
Natsha tilted her head, looking at the face whose every change she had witnessed over more than a decade.
"They say pregnancy makes people fuller, healthier looking... so why are you getting thinner and thinner?" She whispered.
