This is why Arnav wanted to keep his distance from Khushi. "KISS" awakened his inner feeling which was purely personal. Khushi's nearness was overpowering him mercilessly. He was suffocating without getting sleep as Khushi was sleeping on his chest hugging him. Should mention, he faced a tough time making her sleep without going to the next level of their marriage.
We can understand, being husband and wife, how would they stop themselves, after a LONG passionate kiss? But Arnav was firm in his decision of "waiting until Khushi's masters got completed". He didn't want to distract her mind. Only a few days left for her exams. Once she finished her exams then there will not be any hindrance between them. For that, he has to chain up his uncontrolled desire.
In her deep sleep, Khushi snuggled more into his chest. Arnav swallowed the gland which was choking in his throat. How innocently she was sleeping unaware of the struggle which her husband is dealing with. He slowly came out of the hug and rolled to the edge of the bed.
Next day
Arnav woke up from his sleep and his eyes went wide open as Khushi was sitting beside him on the bed looking at him.
Khushi: Good Morning.
Arnav: Are you waiting to say good morning?
Khushi: No. (She lied on his chest) I'm waiting for this.

Arnav: Don't you go to college?
Khushi: Nooo. We got united after a big mess. We have to celebrate it. Take me somewhere.
Arnav (frowning): Where?
Khushi: Anywhere. We are going for dating today.
Arnav: Khushi, we have a lifetime to date. Now get ready for college. Your exams are nearing. Remember?
Khushi (hitting his chest): Such a bore you are. I will take care of my studies. Now take me out. That's all that I want.
Arnav: That's all?
Khushi looked at him passionately which alarmed Arnav. Poor guy...
Khushi(whispering): Anything for you.
She pecked his lips sending shivers to his spine which brought him to reality. Though Arnav didn't want to disturb her studies he couldn't stop himself completely. That's why he wanted to be in distance but seems like Khushi would not let him do so. She was not at fault. After all, she got her Allav back after many years. How could she be in distance then? He composed himself.
Arnav(with his trademark lop-sided smile): Anything for me? Give me strong coffee.
Khushi dropped her jaw. Arnav chuckled seeing her disappointed expression. Khushi started hitting him. Arnav used the chance and rushed to the washroom. Khushi knocked on the washroom door.
Khushi: Don't you dare come out.
Arnav: Then I will drink my coffee in the washroom.
Khushi: What about breakfast?
Arnav: I will eat after you go to college.
Khushi: What??? Aren't we going for dating?
Arnav: No.
Khushi: Why????
Arnav: Because you will kill me if I come out.
Khushi: Baby please come out.
Arnav: Ok fine. Let me take bath.
Khushi: Heyyyyyyy
She hopped in joy and rushed downstairs. Seeing her rushing, Ratna got confused. Just yesterday evening she looked so tedious. What happened in between?
Ratna: Seems like someone is happy?
Khushi: I and Allav are going ouuuuuut.
She hugged Ratna shouting. Ratna was amazed as that was the first time she is talking about dating. Weren't they being like TOM and JERRY? Suddenly what made them change? Something should have happened.
Ratna: Wow, that's great.
That's when they heard,
LA: That's certainly not great Amma.
They looked at LA puzzled who looking shocked.
LA: There is an important revision lecture today. How did you forget Khushi?
Khushi (shutting LA's mouth with her palm): Shhhhhh.... don't shout, after putting a lot of effort, I made Allav agree to a date. That kadoos will drop the plan if he hears. (she pleaded)
Ratna: But you have a very short time for your exams Khushi.
Khushi: I will learn from LA in the evening. Trust me.
LA(shocked): Me? Damn God... don't trust me. I myself am not sure baby.
Ratna folded her hand and raised her eyebrows like now what? Khushi pouted at her. Khushi's eyes widened hearing,
"We will go after your exams"
She turned towards the stairs and saw Arnav was standing fully ready.
Khushi: Noooo
Arnav: Yessss.
Khushi: Why fear when I have a good teacher here? She smiled like a mad.
Arnav: Don't be careless Khushi. Go to college.
Doesn't he know what will she do if he teaches? Khushi slammed her feet and went to dining. Arnav followed her smilingly.
Ratna: Don't worry beta, just one month.
Khushi: Not just one month. Thirtyyyyyy days.
She said feeling sad. Arnav clutched her hand lovingly.
Arnav: It will fly in the blink of an eye.
Khushi calmed down nodding her head affirmatively. Ratna and LA got surprised seeing the way Arnav soothing Khushi for the first time. Ratna understood that something extraordinary would have happened between this TOM and JERRY. She thanked God inwardly.
College
Khushi's attention was not in the class at all. She couldn't keep her mind focused on the lecture. She was missing Arnav like hell. She knew Arnav will ask her about the lecture in the evening. He will torture her in the name of clearing doubts. What will she do if Arnav asks her question this time? Last time, she handled it cleverly as she asked doubt from "well Known" chapters.
Evening
Arnav was in dilemma either he should go home earlier or not. He was rolling the paperweight which was on his table. He bit his lips as his mobile rang flashing Khushi's name. Did he have another choice than to attend? He attended it.
Arnav: Hi...
Khushi: What are you doing in the office?
Arnav(chuckled): Sleeping. (He mocked.)
Khushi: Come here and do it with me.
Arnav (getting alert): I have to complete important pending work. I will come after finishing it and help you in your studies.
Khushi(hurriedly): No need. I and LA are revising now. Poor girl, what will she do if I study with you?
Arnav: OK then.
Khushi: Come soon. We will go to the beach.
Arnav: It's not safe to go to the beach in the late evening. I will take you some other day. Okay.
Khushi: Come home first. She disconnected the call frustrated.
Arnav leaned on his chair. This ONE month is going to be the toughest period of his life. He left the office an hour later. When he reached home, Khushi was in LA's room studying. He sighed in relief. He took plenty of time for a bath. When he came out of the washroom, Khushi hopped on his back shouting "Allllllavvvvv".
Arnav: Careful...
Khushi(screaming happily): Piggyback... Take me two rounds. This is your punishment for coming late.
Arnav silently started walking around their room two times.
Arnav: Now get down.
Khushi jumped down and pushed him towards the wall.
Khushi: Why are you late?
Arnav: Didn't I say, I had to complete a task. That's why.
Khushi (pressing herself on him): But you were never late a few days before?
Arnav: It's a new project.
Khushi: OK fine. But I'm going to bite you now.
Her voice became feeble. Arnav showed his cheek turning his face. Arnav stood expecting pain but his facial muscles got tightened as Khushi sucked his jawline. Her WET mouth raised his body HEAT. He closed his eyes feeling the pleasure. Khushi caressed his face adoringly. Her lips were about to touch his, Arnav slightly pulled her hair making her jerk. Arnav laughed at her expression who was standing like a statue didn't get anything. Did Khushi have any choice other than to hit him? She tried to tangle his neck and that was enough for Arnav to escape from her.
Seeing Arnav galloping down from the stairs, Ratna got horrified. She sighed seeing Khushi chasing him. She nodded no smilingly. How many years ago she saw this scene? Arnav came and stood behind her holding her shoulders panting.
Khushi (trying to hit him): How dare you drag my hair?
Arnav: I just liked to do that for once.
Khushi (looking at Ratna): Didn't he promise that he won't drag my hair if I marry him? Such a cheater cock he is.
Arnav: you forgot the clause. I can drag if you fight with me.
Khushi: But I didn't fight with you.
Arnav: She is lying. She tried to bite me.
Ratna chuckled.
Khushi: Noooo... I didn't.
Arnav: Then what did you do?
Khushi: I just...
She stopped gulping. Arnav smiled raising his eyebrows standing behind Ratna. Ratna understood that their misunderstanding got over and they started their childhood fights again. Khushi diverted the topic.
Khushi: Aunty, ask him to take me for a date. I badly need one. Please please... she pleaded.
Ratna dragged Arnav from behind.
Ratna: Take her somewhere Chinna.
Arnav: Ask her to study sincerely. Then I will take her wherever she wants.
Ratna: He is right Khushi. Complete your exams successfully. Then you can roam freely. How will you enjoy dating when you have exam pressure?
Arnav: Good point Ma.
They shared hi-fi while Khushi pouted.
Khushi: I'm going.
Ratna: Where?
Khushi (irritatingly): Where else? Going to study...
She left their room. Arnav felt bad for her.
Ratna: You didn't take her anywhere after your marriage. She saw NK and LA were enjoying. She too has some expectations. "One-day dating" won't harm her studies Chinna. Denying her wish may also cause distress. How will she study peacefully if she is disappointed? Try to understand her. Take her out on Sunday.

Ratna hit his forehead playfully.
Arnav(with joining hands): Please don't tell Khushi anything regarding. She will start planning to leave her exams behind.
Ratna(mockingly): ohh really? Liar... say it straight you want to surprise her.
Arnav nodded YES smilingly.
Ratna: Chinna, do one thing.
Arnav: What?
Ratna: Please ask Nandhu to also take LA somewhere. Then only I and my husband can go somewhere without disturbance and enjoy. (She said dreamingly)
Arnav (Dropping his jaw): This is too much ma.....
Ratna laughed at his shocked expression.
