chapter 21
Eden was looking down at Bryan, who was asleep and cuddled up to Eden's chest while sitting in his lap. Eden smiled and ran his fingers through Bryan's hair.
Bryan has been with him for 5 months now, meaning that the dragon slayer was 8 months pregnant and due to give birth in about a month, and Eden couldn't be happier.
Eden smiled and gently picked Bryan up, placing him on the bed and pulling the blankets over him before standing up. He walked out the door of his bedroom, closing and locking it behind him before walking off.
Michael stepped out of the shadows with Brandeen, Rian, Silver, and Bri once Eden was out of sight. He then looked at the three as he whispered the plan to them.
''Rian, Brandeen, and I will go after Eden. Bri, you and Silver will sneak in and get Bryan to drink the reverse potion.'' The groups nodded as they each went off to do what they're supposed to do, Michael pulling the twins into the shadows with him while Silver began to pick he lock on Eden's door.
Once he picked the lock, Silver quietly opened the door and motioned for Bri to go in once he saw that Bryan was asleep. She smiled and went in quickly yet quietly, walking over to Bryan and pulling the reverse potion out of her pocket.
Silver followed her as she sat Bryan up, opening his mouth and putting the vial in, slowly pouring its contents into Bryan's mouth. Bryan whined and stirred a bit, coughing weakly as Silver held him from behind.
Once Bri had poured all of the potion into Bryan's mouth, she put the vial in her pocket. She then proceeded to put a hand over his mouth and tilt his head back slightly, gently massaging his throat to help him swallow.
Bryan whined in his sleep before swallowing, his body shuddering for a moment before stopping as he fell back into a deep sleep. Bri smiled and took her hands off of Bryan's mouth and throat as she motioned to Silver with her head.
Siover nodded and picked Bryan up, standing next to Bri as they left the room. They stopped where Michael brought them out of the shadows after Eden left the room.
''So, I'm guessing we wait for them to get back?'' Just as Silver had asked that, Michael had pulled himself, Rian, and Brandeen out of the shadows.
The first thing Bri noticed is that they were bloody.
''I'm guessing that's Eden's blood.'' Rian nodded as Brandeen smirked.
''Yep. The three of us gave him quite a beating.'' Bri smiled and nodded as Silver spoke up.
''How about we head back to Divinus Magia now? You three need to change so that you aren't bloody and Bryan should probably be brought to the infirmary.'' Michael nodded as he shadow travelled the group back to Divinus Magia, inside the infirmary to be exact.
Silver walked over to one of the beds and laid Bryan down on it as Rian and Brandeen left the infirmary to go change and wash up. Bri soon left as Michael spoke to Silver.
''I'm going to go tell Ritchie and Lucas that Bryan is safe, they're going to want to see him.'' Silver nodded as he spoke.
''I'll also go and tell Jakey that Bryan is safe.'' The two nodded and teleported off, leaving Bryan to sleep peacefully.
