Part 61 Discussion
Arnav was hugging Khushi close to his heart whereas she was circling his waist.
"Khushiiii..."
"Mmm?"
He flipped her underneath him.
"How could I keep my distance from you after this?" He caressed her lower neck with his face, making her gasp, closing her eyes.
"Why not we bring our wedding out?"
Khushi looked at him, opening her eyes.
"What say?"
"Your wish" She smiled.
"Or, I have another idea too," he said with a teasing smile.
"What idea?"
"What if I act like I became mental again?"
Khushi dropped her jaw.
"I can even kiss you in front of anyone. No one could question me nor tease me" he said crazily.
"Stop it Arnavji... Don't talk like that even for a joke" she said making a face.
"Why? Don't you like to see me like that?"
"Why would I like to see you like that? Do you think it's a game? You have no idea how I battled for your recovery..."
"Ok, relax... I don't want to become mad... (He paused) but, do you know, you are making me mad about you?"
Khushi flushed biting her lip.
"Give me an idea, how could I be with you?"
"I'm with you only Arnavji... I will be in front of you if you want to see me"
"Let's see, how much my wife is going to quench my thirst"
He bent down towards her lips and pecked. Lying on the bed, he grabbed her onto his chest.
"Arnavji, don't you want to go to the office?"
"Nope... Not now... We will go later. Let me spend with you for a while"
"Won't Aman Bhai be waiting for you?"
"He doesn't... Because I didn't tell him I'm coming to the office"
"What if Lavanya called Aman Bhai?"
"Why would Lavanya call Aman?"
Khushi bit her tongue sensing her fault.
"She may call him if we don't attend her call... Right?" she managed.
"Mmm... Aman will manage... After all, he is my manager" he chuckled.
"Arnavji, what do you think about Aman Bhai?"
"Mmm... Good guy... Trustworthy..."
"Will you get angry with him if he does anything you don't like?"
"Of course, I will get angry if it is about office work..."
Cutting him,
"What if it is personal?"
"Why should I interfere in his personal matter?"
"Won't you even discuss it with him about it?"
"I won't... Unless it involves me"
Khushi became thoughtful.
"Why are you asking about Aman?"
"He helped me a lot... He helped me to take you to the Tajmahal... He helped me to arrest the doctor... I would have struggled to do that if he was not there for me"
"By the way... Why did you take me to the Tajmahal?"
"Swamiji said you could improve more if you start seeing the world and will learn everything on your own"
"Did I learn?"
"You were not less than a question bank... You shot a lot of questions on me..."
"What kind of quotations have I asked you?"
"Don't raise a question about it... No one ever embarrassed me as you did..." she said smiling.
"Really? That means, it must be ADULT ONLY QUESTIONS... am I right?"
"Not exactly... But yes..." She chuckled.
"You are making me curious... I know you can't share everything in a day... But you can share something interesting at least..."
Khushi thought for a while.
"You were so dominant. Though you obeyed me you made me do things for you too"
"Mmm...?" Arnav smiled.
"Do you know what happened when we went to the temple?"
"Temple and me... very funny" Arnav chuckled.
"Yeah... a pregnant woman came to the temple with her mother. She prayed for her daughter's normal delivery"
"Then?"
"You asked how the baby went into her stomach (Arnav laughed) I said, God kept the baby in her stomach"
"God? It seems you have cheated a small kid a lot" he laughed again so did Khushi.
"You believed in God that time"
"yeah... It is obvious, I would have believed in God because I was a mental"
Khushi pouted.
"Continue"
"You asked 'my stomach also will become big if I get pregnant. I said yes. you asked will it pain? Feeling sad, I said no."
"Then?"
"You said, then you too ask God for a baby"
"Really?" he laughed.
"Yup..."
"Then?"
Khushi told Arnav about their conversation.
{"I will ask her later"
"Why not now?"
"I have to take care of you"
"so?"
"If a tiny kid comes to our home, how can I take care of you?"
"Take care of both of us"
"It's very hard Arnavji"
"What should you do for the baby?"
"I have to feed him, bath him, make him sleep, should keep an eye on him, teach him everything..."
"You take care of me and I will take care of the baby"
"You?" Khushi chuckled.
"Haan, Khushi"
"Arnavji, you yourself need someone to take care of you... then how could you take care of the baby?"
"That means won't you get a baby?" he asked disappointedly.
"I will..."
"When?"
"When you become a big boy"
"I'm already big enough... see, I'm taller than you"
"What so urgent? What are you going to do with a baby?"
"I will capture his photos," showing the mobile.}
Khushi chuckled. Arnav laughed like hell.
"Did I talk like that?"
Khushi nodded yes.
"So funny..."
"You didn't listen to anyone other than me. Yet, no one felt bad about it. They felt really happy about your improvement."
"Didn't they question my sudden change?" Arnav asked.
"They thought you were fond of me because I sexually satisfied you"
"How pathetic?" Arnav frowned.
"No Arnavji... They are not wrong because you were like that. That's why Shyamji wanted to bring a woman for you. I don't know why he wanted to do that but he seeded the impression in everyone's mind that you can be changed if you involve in a sexual relationship. I just used it in my favor..."
"You already had a bad experience with me... Didn't you scare to be with a mental all alone?"
"I entered your room only after started giving you medicine... Yet, I was scared... But I had no choice"
"You had... You could have ignored treating me..."
"I might have been scared of treating you if I had not heard Shyamji's talks with the doctor. But after that, I felt bad for you. I could not hold myself from moving ahead..."
Arnav kissed her knuckle.
"I can't believe my family was unaware of what happened to me"
"But they wanted your recovery... they didn't know what to do. They were helpless, Arnavji"
"Would you have done the same if you were in their place?"
"Might be... because they trust Shyamji. TRUST is the most valuable thing in the world than anything Arnavji. Will you believe if anyone says rubbish about me?"
Arnav looked at her gulping.
"Touch your heart and say"
Sitting on the bed, Arnav nodded no.
"That's what happened to them. Shyamji gained their trust and took it for granted. Then how could they suspect him? He was treating you personally appointing a doctor. Then how could they suspect him, Arnavji?"
"What's the point, Khushi?"
"Don't be angry with Di, Arnavji. She got me married only for your betterment..."
"Khushi..."
Khushi stopped him showing her palm.
"Did you ever entertain any woman in your life?"
Arnav nodded no.
"That's why she could have taken the biggest step of getting you married because she should have believed that you would not have liked any girl before. She would have thought that you would understand her perspective."
Arnav was silent.
"Arnavji, you made me your legal heir because you lost trust in your sisters. Even after having a chance to handle your wealth, sitting in the CEO chair of AR, she didn't think of touching your money. Because she didn't want your money but only your recovery. That's why she got me married to you"
Cutting her,
"BOUGHT you for me..."
"No Arnavji... she gave us a choice... it was my mother who SOLD me. My mother should have denied giving my hand but she didn't. My mother is the one who is blameworthy here, not Di. She stooped low... only for you. She could have kept you mad and enjoyed your wealth. But she didn't do that. She touched my feet and cried, Arnavji. Why did she do that if she didn't care for you? Please, don't hate her... she is a nice sister no one can get"
Arnav hugged Khushi tight.
"I know Khushi..."
Khushi looked at him wondering.
"I know my sister. I really don't know how to handle this. I'm confused."
"You are confused because you too love Di as she does. You should stand for Di, Arnavji. Because in some days, she will get to know about Shyamji. She will break down. That time, you should be there for her. She should not think she has no one"
"I will always be there for her but I can't be silent. I want to hear her point of view from her mouth. Because you are a nice girl and your point of view is always positive. You would see everything positively. So, let me ask Di. She is answerable"
Khushi nodded ok.
"Don't worry... I won't hurt her"
She smiled.
"Go and get fresh"
Khushi nodded ok and went to the washroom. Arnav lay on the bed again, thinking about what Khushi said about Anjali. Khushi's points were right. Yet, he would put Anjali to a test. Then only he could come to the conclusion.
Arnav saw his phone lightening as he put it in silent mode. Taking it he saw the caller. It was Aman. He attended the call.
"Haan, Aman... we are coming..."
"ASR, I don't call you for that" his voice sounded nervous.
"Then?" Arnav sat on the bed.
"Sidharth Kundera met with an accident"
"Whaaaat?"
"Yes, ASR... he is admitted to the hospital in hopeless condition"
"But how?"
"A truck hit his car... something is terribly wrong, ASR"
"Where is Raja Sharma?"
"He is in Mumbai"
"Keep an eye on him and on Reena too"
"Ok"
Aman disconnected the call. Arnav became thoughtful. Something was terribly wrong.
To be continued...
