Today will be the start of a new semester. Like Taehyun had said in the last chapter, there will be new classes and new teachers. Sadly, there is still the same soccer coach.
(For someone who likes soccer, he sure doesn't like his soccer coach?)
Here's a little summary on life right now!
Everyone went back to their normal lives, which is how life used to be.
Although they're zombies, they still act, think, and eat like regular human beings. They do not crave human flesh, thankfully.
The neighbood was all fixed thanks to community service. That's right, everyone came together and fixed their own neighborhood! (With Taehyun in their guidance, obviously!)
No more broken windows, fallen debris, dusty roads, shattered cars, etc.
Even Huening Kai's parents helped!
Speaking of Huening, he moved in with Kyuchul just as stated in the past!
Kyuchul's restaurant became a huge success after the apocalypse. Zombies believe burgers are it for the trend these days. Kai usually helps him out with customer service.
Another thing about Kyuchul, he joined the other guys at their school! They're in the same class and everything!
Still remember Layla and Lyla?
Well, Lyla, of course, is stuck in a white rubber room full of rats! She was sent to the mentally unstable asylum for crazy people, but then because this asylum didn't clean up around the place, there were rats loitering.
As for Layla, she had told on herself to the authorities and is doing a sentence of 2 years to pay for her crimes. Inside her lonely prison cell, she is trying to find a way to turn everyone human again. By learning her sister's witchy ways!!
It's not working, just letting you know :)
What could she do in a prison cell anyway?
Last but not least, the biggest !difference towards society was.. the main 6 were treated as if they were the leaders of the world.. heroes.

"Gyu bear!!"
"Tyun cat!!"
Taehyun and Beomgyu exclaim, jumping into each other's arms and falling to the ground.
"Ugh, not this again- get a fucking roooom!!" Yeonjun huffed, getting some sort of deja vu from the two.
"Haha, sure! We'll get a 'fucking' room." Taehyun winked at his best friend while gesturing a very inappropriate signal towards his boyfriend.
Of course the other reciprocated the action with a hand signal of his own.
Yeonjun gagged at this. "Ack, gross, nope, can't take it anymore! Soobinnie help me!"
"There, there, Yeonjunnie." Soobin chuckles, caressing the older's back as he held him in his arms.
"Barf." Huening Kai said, popping up out of nowhere. "I'm freaking forth wheeling. Where's my boyfriend?!"
"I'm right here, silly." Kyuchul laughs.
"Boyfie!~ What took you so long?! I had to forth wheel for 3.5 seconds long!!" Huening whines.
"I apologize." Kyuchul says, still laughing at how cute Kai was being.
"Man, this is the life. All my friends aren't single loners anymore." Beomgyu giggles.
"For real! I've been waiting since forever for Yeonjun here to court Soobs." Taehyun states.
"It was all thanks to you guys, really." Soobin says.
"Oh righttt, the whole thing we did when we met you. Our bad, Yeonjun!" Beomgyu grins.
"Uh, I can forgive you two this time, only because the love of my life finally noticed me." Yeonjun hugs Soobin tighter.
"And it was all thanks to this zombie apocalypse that I met my darling, Chul~" Huening sang happily.
"That's right, my Ning~"
"Omg, what if we all had like, a triple date?!"
"Oh! Oh! Yes! Great idea Beoms!" Yeonjun exclaims.
"Wait, shh, guys.. the whole class is staring at us..!" Kyuchul says, worried.
The six quit talking and stare at the zombified crowd before them. "Uhh.. don't mind us." Taehyun awkwardly laughs.
"Just finish your conversation, we can wait." The teacher smiled at them. "After all, you guys are our heroes."
The group smiled after hearing quite the statement. They looked amongst one another with a knowing look before Soobin spoke up.
"No, it's okay. Our conversation can wait."
"Mhm! We'd rather be respectful and let you start your lesson." Beomgyu adds.
"Oh! Well, in that case, let's begin!" The teacher says, touched with how the group responded.
And so, their new life began.
