A massive hook grabbed one of the soldiers with its ribs, lifting it into the darkness with a scream of terror.
The cracks and shattering of bones quickly heard. And soon the body came falling back down.
Only a leg remained, covered in the black liquid that was sizzling like hot tar.
Wu looked up towards the ceiling. A hint of fear on his face. But it soon disappeared.
He turned towards Garmadon. Who looked terrified as well...but the fear did not fade.
"No...It cannot be..."
As the entity grabbed more of the skeletal soldiers, one tried hitting it using a arrow.
Only to get lifted into the air by a dead hand and have another boney hand reach out of the dark.
It held the soldiers face gently. As if calming him. But then two tendrils shot into where his eyes were. Shooting out the other end with more of the black tar forming.
The other soldiers tried to flee...But each got grabbed by long dead hands that connected to wires.
And soon, they were all up in the dark. Screaming.
"Even something darker than you...Will know a needed balance."
Garmadon looked at his brother. Backing away as a GOD tore his undead soldiers into death's grasp once more.
The General snuck up behind Wu... taking that last of the four golden weapons in his grasp, hitting the old man away. Then, Facing towards the creature killing his men.
"You creature! Fear me! I hold four objects that are more powerful than you!"
(Idk what to make him say bro)
One of the many hands stopped, turning towards the man as if it had eyes of its own.
It then returned to its massacre.
Before the general could even attack. The weapons shook in his hold. And even as he tried to let go, they stayed in his grasp.
Then, in a burst of light. The general died. A portal opening in his place.
Garmadon practicality fled for the portal. Facing his brother one last time.
"Mark my words...I will tip the scales of fate, become powerful enough to hold all four golden weapons, and KILL that creature that our father let into this world."
And just like that. The portal was gone. Along with Garmadon.
And silence was back.
The ninja ran into the area, all immediately looking towards Sensei Wu, each in worry.
"Sensei!"
Kai was the first to run up to the old man, then looking around at the mess of dead skeleton soldiers and the lack of Garmadon's presence.
"What... happened?"
Wu looked back towards where Garmadon had fled, turning back towards Kai.
"Garmadon has escaped the underworld. He will return some day..."
The ninja glanced at each other, Cole stepping forward and speaking up.
"Then we will be ready!"
The moment was interrupted by a femur falling to the ground, then Y/n dropped down from the ceiling. Landing face first.
They slowly turned towards the ninja, before grabbing the femur and chewing on it.
"I found, Master Wu before you. I win."
Y/n said, voice having a hint of childish excitement but remaining robotic.

Kai returned to his family's shop. Meeting up with Nya just to reassure her that he was alive.
Jay was trying, and failing miserably, to flirt with Nya. Who simply giggled along whenever he stammered over his words.
Cole was trying to show off to a bunch of villagers, lifting a whole boulder into the air and basking in the attention (especially from the woman)
Both Wu and Y/n sat on the roof of Kai's old home.
Watching the farmers and ninja go about.
"I see what you are now Y/n. I should've noticed what you were much earlier. But I have never seen anything like your being."
Wu spoke, taking a sip of tea before continuing.
"I trust you will stay to the deal you made with my father."
Y/n glanced Wu's direction, before facing the sunset again.
"A deal made of magic cannot be broken... after all. You and your brother are the only ones who have the power to remove such a contract."
Sensei Wu let out a hum before looking back forwards once more.

Sorry for the short chapter lol I literally am listening to epic the musical and trying to eat lunch WHILE trying to not get caught by teachers.
