chapter 1
Just so you know, some of the characters species are based off of what they are in FTO (SNO for Xylo and Lucas).
I forgot to put this in the character section, but Brandon is an air devil and David is an ice devil because my brain thought it was fitting.
It was the middle of the night when something appeared on the outside window sill. It looked around the room from where it stood, eyes landing on the sleeping form of what looked like a human boy. It started rapidly tapping the glass, demanding to be let in. The boy shifted before sitting up and turning to the window. He sighed and walked up to the window before opening it and letting the creature jump into his arms.

The boy gave a soft sigh at the fox before speaking.
''You can change now, Skyla.'' The fox looked happy before it's mouth started moving.
''Okay Bryan.'' The fox glowed for a moment before looking entirely different.

''What happened Skyla? You usually don't come in the middle of the night unless it's urgent.'' The fox let out a sigh before explaining.
''So I was walking around the forest, when I saw two of the kids that go to your school. They seemed to have been having a camping trip. But before I could get closer, they got attacked by a werewolf, and one of them got bitten...'' Bryan tensed and let out a gasp.
''Thanks for telling me Skyla... I'll be sure to keep an eye out.'' Bryan gave a soft smile and set the fox down before giving her a gentle pat on the head.
She smiled and licked his hand before jumping out the window, turning into a regular fox and running off. Bryan let out another sigh before going to bed.
''I'll have to tell the others in the morning.'' He than fell back asleep.

Bryan was tapping his foot on the ground before letting out an impatient sigh. His best friend, Brandon, was supposed to be here by now. Brandon was the only person outside of Bryan's family that Bryan knew was a supernatural. How they met was a bit of a long story.
Bryan was suddenly shoved out of his thoughts when someone bumped into him. Since Bryan was close to a tree, he didn't really fall, unlike the person who bumped into him. Bryan turned to speak to the person who bumped into him, but froze when he saw the boy. The boy had brown hair that faded to blonde as it got lower, he also had one light green eye and one dark blue eye, but that's not what made Bryan freeze.
What made Bryan freeze, was the fact that this boy had a halo and angle wings. Bryan held a hand out to the boy, who took it before getting pulled up. Bryan looked at him in concern and was about to ask something.
''Are yo-'' He was cut off by the sound of yelling, and the angle had a look of terror on his face.
Bryan instantly came to the conclusion that this boy was being chased by hunters. He quickly grabbed a potion from his bag and gave it to the angel.
''Drink it! Quickly!'' The boy did, but only because Bryan didn't try to hurt him or slow him down.
As soon as he drank the potion his hair, eyes, and clothing changed while his wings and halo disappeared. The boy looked at himself in surprise before Bryan whispered.
''They're coming. Just act natural and talk to me.'' The boy nodded and started talking to Bryan about... well anything really.
Some men appeared out of a bush, and looked around before approaching the boys.
''Hello boys. You wouldn't have happened to have seen someone with brown hair that fades to blonde and both a light green eye and a dark blue eye, have you?'' The boy shook his head while Bryan let out a happy 'nope'.
''Okay than, have a nice day boys. Be careful out here.'' They nodded and waved goodbye, only speaking once Bryan couldn't sense them and the potion faded, causing the boy to go back to normal except he had his wings and halo hidden.
''Are you okay?'' The boy looked towards Bryan before hesitantly speaking.
''Y-yeah... thanks for the save. I-I son't want to think about what could have happened if they found me.'' Bryan nodded his head slowly.
''Well, my name is Bryan.'' He put his hand out.
''M-my name is Lucas.'' Lucas took Bryan's hand and they shook them.
They stayed there for a bit, before an annoyed Brandon entered the area. His eyes landed on Lucas, before he became confused. Brandon was confused because Bryan usually doesn't talk to people other than him and his siblings, along with trusted adults. Brandon walked closer, causing the boys to turn to Brandon with different expressions on their faces. One face was nervous, the other was annoyed.
''Hello Bryan, person I don't know.'' Lucas slightly flinched at his monotone voice.
''Hello Brandon, this is Lucas. And before you say anything, he's a supernatural like us.'' They both stared at Bryan in surprise. Before anyone could say anything, Bryan spoke again.
''Lucas is an angel, I'm a fire dragon, and Bradon is an air devil.'' Brandon and Lucas looked at eachother in surprise before Bryan continued.
''Why are you late?'' Brandon let out an annoyed sigh.
''Apparently, Ritchie got bitten by a werewolf last night because Austin and him went camping, even though I told them not to.'' Lucas was confused but stayed silent, while Bryan paled a bit.
''B-but tonight is a full moon!!'' This caused Lucas to become worried for the boy he hadn't met.
''I know, that's why Bri and an oni named Michael are planning on staying at the abandoned motel with them so that they can keep an eye on him. I was also invited and told I could bring you, but we won't be able to bring Lucas along.'' Bryan and Lucas both nodded.
''I'll be staying behind than. Come with me Lucas, you'll be staying at my house so I'll need to introduce you to my brothers. Bye Brandon.'' He grabbed Lucas by the arm and started dragging him away.
When they left, Brandon stared at the ground, thinking.
Why did I think that Lucas boy was cute?
I couldn't decide whether to make Lucas look more like SNO Lucas or FTO Lucas, so I made him both.
