The sun was flickering over the hills, painting the sky in shades of orange and blueish from the night before and Yves was rousing up with a scene of luxury and comfort, a contrast to the hustle and bustle of downtown Los Angeles a few months ago.
His room faces the front of the property, palm trees swaying gently in the breeze, casting long shadows on the manicured lawns and flower beds. It was quiet and peaceful, except for the occasional sound of a dog barking or a car driving by.
