BBQ sparerib
Ingredients:
cumin powder
onion powder
garlic powder
chicken bouillon
MSG
paprika
chilli powder
pepper
salt
brown sugar
BBQ sauce
Dijon mustard
Cooking instruction:
rub rib with mustard, then add all the seasoning (not the bbq sauce)
then bake it in oven (covered) @300F for 3hrs
after that, pour bbq sauce on and spread it, broil for like 5 min in Hi mode
