Chapter 5
The next few days Ann was nursing me since I was always sick it seemed like. My stomach was swollen and hurting and it seemed like nothing helped but my stomach kept getting bigger.
"The hell's wrong with me?" I asked.
"Well have you had intercourse?" She asked.
"Intercourse what's that?" I said she chuckled when she realized I was serious.
"Ann what's maturity mean?" I asked, she laughed.
" Oh wait your serious. It means prangnency." She exclaimed, when Ramzeas walked in.
"Babe what's pregnancy mean?" I askes, he spude his drink.
"Umm baby it's what happen when a woman and a man have sex and conceive an offspring." He replied hestintly.
"Oh you mean have a baby. Mom and dad always told me beasts were born from trees." I stopped realizing the spell I casted was a maturity spell.
"So that spell was a maturity spell and I stupidly said it out loud shit I'm gonna be in deep shit. Babe never let me have that spell book unless I know what the spell means." I informed them reading the actual spell.
"It says the maturity spell doesn't take as long as an actual pregnancy so that would explain your swollen stomach." She replied.
"Oh my gosh this is going to ruin my body. Im already fat and his probably not wanting this geaze. Sorry to drag you into this I'll understand if you want to back out." I groaned. He ran to my side grabbing my hand.
"I would never leave my partner when they need me most your my future you know if you're in it then I'm in it to for the long hall. I promise you I won't abandon you and I don't plan to." He whispered in my ear. My heart was pounding. I thought it was going to beat out of my chest. I kissed him passionately.
"I love you and I mean every word of it." I whispered in his ear. He smiled whispering it back to me. When I finally started feeling better he took me out for a walk in the garden as soon as we got to the rose bushes. He got on his knee and preposed it was pretty magical. I love it. I cried as he put the ring on my finger. Our father became best friends. My father ended up starting to get close to Ann. I honestly think their cute together. I also found out after they sent me away mom got sick and later died. I was walking to the hall when I seen my soon to be husband talking to a woman.
"Hey honey I've been looking for you." I said, walking up kissing him.
"Hi love sorry I was talking. What did you need?" He asked.
"Father wants to talk you." I replied hugging him. I even started calling his dad father he loved me.
"Okay I'll be right there." He said, I smiled.
"Okay handsome. I'm gonna go see momma." I said, I called his mother momma she treated me like her own since I healed her. I walked into her room she was sitting down knitting. I climbed onto her bed and sat beside her.
"Hey sweetie." She smiled and hugged me petting my head.
"Hey momma." I replied kissing her cheek. When I started yawning.
"Baby if your tired take a nap I'm sure Ramzeas will understand." She said, I nodded. I got up and walked to my room. I locked the door behind me when I shut it, I walked over to the bed climbing onto it. I laid down put my hand on my stomach. I rubbing it for a few minutes before laying on my back. When I opened my eyes to see someone hanging on the ceiling above me.
"Do I even want to know?" I muttered closing my eyes. When I opened my eyes they were much closer I could tell they weren't human they actually looked rather creepy and they were hanging from my ceiling on a web.
"Okay bud your getting a little to close for comfort." I said, when it jumped down off the ceiling it had spider like features. As soon as it tried to bite me I grabbed it by the neck and jumped out side. I shifted into a really tall plant humanoid creature. But was still just as beautiful. I wrapped my viens around it's limbs and ripped it apart. I throught it in different directions.
"Gross." I said, I turned around to see a group of men behind me.
"Oh sorry." I muttered. I looked around when I noticing their carriage was riuned. I lifted my hand chanting a spell fixing it. Then I changed back into my human form I yawned stretching.
"So sleepy." I muttered, turning but I lost my footing when Ramzeas caught me picking me.
"Easy love don't want you hurting the baby." He said, kissing my head.
"Oh hello there Nick fathers been waiting for you. You might want to alert him your here." He said, carrying me back in side. The men followed us. He took me to the hall and set me down on the couch. I closed my eyes falling asleep.
