After about an hour, we had left the walls and were now on horseback in a field. Squad Leader Hange said that we were going to Utgard Castle so we could get a good view of the walls. When we got there, however, it seemed like the tower had collapsed. Titans swarmed around it, so there must have been people.
We all headed for it. Well, those of us who were able to. As I got closer, I saw Krista about to get eaten by a titan. I gritted my teeth and immediately went for the nape of that titan, getting clean cut. I landed in front of Krista as it fell and looked back at her.
"[NAME]?!" She yelped, her eyes welled with tears.
The others behind her were Connie, Reiner, and Bertholdt.
"Get back, Krista! Everyone else, as well!" I said.
I didn't know if it was from her panic, but Krista's face reddened, and I could almost hear her heartbeat.

"Leave this to us!"
With that, I went off to take down more titans, hoping those four would listen to what I said. Eventually, when all of the titans were taken down and the perimeter was secured, we were able to relax.
...
Huh?
I stared down at the scene before me. Krista held Ymir on her lap next to Hange. Ymir... She looked the same as when Eren gets out of his titan. Is she...?
"Ymir..." Krista said, "My name is Historia. Historia Reiss."
