Chapter 1- Secrets

I might look like a adverage high schooler but I'm actually far from it. I'm actually far a far away panet. My species was much stronger, intelligent, and far more advanced then humans. We were immune to all deseases making us Superior to any mortal and most alien species through out the solar systems. We were so advanced my species knew no war and our planet was healthy no pollution, no poverty, no starvation, and everyone was in perfect harmony and happy. Something the other speicies envied. So we reached out to them offered our help. When they started threatening our queen. My whole planet was ruled and mothered by one female our queen. None of the females of our species can reproduce. She is the who the only one who is granted power beyond your immagnation like control everything around her including time and space. The queen is the only female born with huge angel like wings and markings. Since my species are humaniod our bodies are formed like humans but we're much taller, thin perfect physiques, beautiful, pointed ears, and our bodies were impenetrable. We had supper human abilities like smell, sight, hearing, and strength. The Queen's body illuminated light off her body making the rest of us illuminate if it is white it means we're happy and create life and peace but if it turns dark like soot. Which lease to nothing but complete destruction. Her emotions effect the rest of the colony. Which is how my planet came to ruin. One of the other speicies attached us so my mother gave birth to me the last of my species and the last queen. A queen only dies after she passes her power and queen gene onto the next generation. She sent me away before she used the last of her power to eliminate all threats to our species along with our planet. She choose Earth so I would flurish its atmosphere was the most nurturing for my species. It was magnify my power at an unprecedented rate. Lucky I was raised by a loving young couple who was hiking. They found me while hiking up in the mountains. They thought I was an angel. They were born from a Catholic Church family so they always told me God brought me to them not questioning the fact that I was from a different planet and I thank them every day for it. I love them like they were my biological parents. They did so much just to raise me. They gave up there city life. They had to change practically their whole life. Stop spending so much time with their friends. Keeping a steady living. Start making Financial decision which they were good at or used to. They were used to spurgying and doing whatever they wanted. They were still young and niave. Like any young adult. Till I came along and flipped their lives upside down. They moved to the countryside in the middle of no where so they could raise me in secret. Mom home schooled me till I could change my appearance to a human's. Then they in rolled me in a private school. Till about a couple of years ago when my parents decided to separate. I was sixteen. They decided to devours. Mom got custody so I had lived with my mom. Don't get me wrong I had friends but I wasn't fond of the city life. So since I'm turning eighteen I'm moving to live with my dad instead. Mom understands and isn't mad. Her and her new husband Kris just asked me to keep in touch and come visit when I get the chance. Over the years I've grown a deep connection with the Earth and all living things on it. Being back near the woods sounds like heaven and I was so excited for a fresh start. I packed my bags the night before and caught the first fight out. As soon as it landed I was picked by my father's new wife who was pure blooded Native Indain Kya and the young cheif of her tribe Malika.
"Welcome to the family Aroara. Its a pleasure to finally meet you." She hugged me smiling and I hugged her. I then bowed to her cheif.
"Now none of that we're family which means no being to formal." He teased pulling a box out form behind his back. I squealed as soon as I seen the most adorable bigger timber grey black wolf pup inside. I picked it right up it's eyes were bright gold. It immediately started whining and liking my face excitively wagging its tail.
"He's an alskin timber my tribe raises them from pups as we have been doing for centuries. We take care of them and they take care and protect us. So remember to always respect the wolf it is a lifetime companion." He smiled amused by my reaction. I hugged him kissing him all over his muzzle.
"Is he mine?" I asked.
"This one's a trial pup if we're pleased with how he's doing with you. We'll let you officially become a member of the tribe and you'll get to pick out a wolf pup from one of the next litters. This is one of pups from Kya's wolfs last litters." Kya informed me I hugged them both. He lifted both of us up.
"Holly crap your strong." Without noticing I was blushing. He smiled.
"Well good ya know princess he's also a bachelor. So if make a good impression he might pick you." She teased making me turn as red as a tomato.
"Okay now that's way too cute." He teased as I tried to hide my face. When I jumped out of his arms hiding behind a tree trying to calm myself down as I felt myself changing.
"Aroara are you okay are you having a episode or whatever it's called?" She asked.
"Sorry ya just give me a minute please I have to calm down." I stuttered, doing my breathing treatments to stop the change. I finally opened my eyes as my body relaxed.
"Okay I'm okay." I muttered walking out they looked at me worriedley.
"It's triggered by intense emotions I felt nervous." I informed them he hugged me.
"Sorry didn't know you were that innocent and pure." He petted my head. We got in the truck and he drove me to my new home which was within the tribe. As soon as we walked in I made some food from different meats for my pup. He gobbled it right up. Then I took him for a walk. A walked into town to the park.
"Is that a timber wolf?" A girl with a couple of guys asked.
"Relax it's only a pup he's harmless." I said picking him up petting him.
"New girl let me guess?" She asked, I nodded.
"Hi I'm Catherine. I was expecting an native Indian." She smiled.
"I'm Aroara actually I'm an orphan. My biological parents abandoned me after I was born. My parents found me while hiking." I informed her.
"Damn sorry to hear that. But I understand my birth mother died giving birth." She said shaking my hand.
"Guess we're both damaged goods." I replied.
"Damn straight." She teased.
"I think we're going to be very good friends." I smiled.
"Me to. So what brings you to our small town?" She asked petting my pup.
"Tired of the city to crowded. Since I'm finally eighteen I decided to live with my dad." I exclaimed.
"Devoured?" She asked.
"Ya but it's only been a few years since and they're both already remarried." I exclaimed. She hugged me.
"Dad's been through three marriages since my mother passed." She informed me putting her head to mine.
"Does it ever get easy?" I asked.
"Eventually." She answered honestly.
"Les." A girl yelled out the window of a car driving by.
"Is that why your boyfriend called me last night." She yelled back as the car sped up.
"The hell?" I asked.
"Ignore her she's a member of the bitch squad. If they mess with you tell me I know how to handle them." She said.
"Thanks I appreciate it. But I'm alot tougher then I look. Want to swoop numbers." I assured her. She nodded we unlocked our phones. We handed our phone's to each other and typed in our numbers.
"Oh by the way the two goons are my best friends we grew up together." She exclaimed. They were both fairly tall and muscular.
"Their brothers. The older ones Vlad and the younger ones Gage. Gage is my boyfriend." She informed me Vlad had dark hair and eyes. While Gage had sandy blond hair with green eyes.
"Hey I'm Aroara." I introduced myself.
"Hello." They both smiled.
"Don't hesitate to call us if anyone gives you trouble." Gage smiled assuringly.
"Thank you I will." I assured him.
"People here tend to be rough around new comers." He informed me.
