chapter 2: Her attempt to harm him!
Let's begin.....
Sanskar opens his eyes and finds her sleeping on the floor it was 12 in the night.
He stood and kneels to her.
He remembers the first meet when he held the knife and she was worried for him.
Sanskar:i am the sinner, meine uss masoom dupatte wali dosth ke feelings ke saath khela hai and now she turned like this, I can't see you like that Ragini.
He close his eyes caressing her hair. She was still in the heavy lehenga.
She had the tear marks in her eyes.
Sanskar:may be they have hurt you but you were still strong and either you are not wrong too how much wrongs you will face. But this time you were wrong attempting to kill swara and marrying laksh was not a solution but more problems to you.
It was not easy thing for anyone to kill,what would be the consequences?it would have been the crime.even if the person is good or bad.she can't take her anger on swara by taking her life.
He slowly picks her in his arms and places her on the bed.
Placing the pillows between them he lays down and sees her innocent face.
Sanskar:i promise that you won't have anymore unfair things and also won't let you take the wrong path. I promise!!!
He just stares at her...
Next morning 6.
Ragini is habituated of waking early.
She opens her eyes and sees the different room and quickly the previous day's incidents runs in her mind.
Ragini sits and realises she was in bed when she slept on the floor.
She sees the pillow wall in between and Sanskar.
This person was the betrayer, so before anyone he should regret his doings on her.She would force him and to that much till he would pray for death. She won't give him the simple death but he should die each day in front of her!!
She stood and thinks of a plan.
Opening the door she goes out.
In the corner she sees laksh's room. Her eyes welled up. But she consoled herself that this is not the time to cry...But it's the time to show what she is?
She have to teach sanskar that whom he have messed with and Swara, her half sister who would be out of Laksh's life. But not before she would give her the enough treatment!
Ragini walks down the stairs and sees Annapurna.
She was walking near the kitchen and Ragini quickly leans down the stairs.
And her mission starts here.
She quickly sits near the home temple.
Annapurna returns from the kitchen and was moving towards the temple and found Ragini crying.
Annapurna really felt bad for her:Ragini beta what are you doing?
Ragini turns and wipes her tears.she wanted Annapurna to see.
She smiles:aap..kab aayi?
Annapurna:i just came now beta.why are you here?you should be in the room and you look tired too!
Ragini smiles:let me stay here maa...
She stops:even now i find you as mother.
Annapurna sits beside her:i am still like your mother.
Ragini hugs her and cries.
Annapurna caresses her back when Ragini cross smiles.
Sujatha who came out hides :yeh ladki kya khichdi paka rahi hai?
Ragini :why it happens maa i am always unwanted?i just told the truth of Sanskar to all of you.i didn't knew whether swara was drugged or not.i knew what you knew.i understood what things showed me.now swara hates me saying i am taking her place.
She smirks.
Sujatha sees it and opens her mouth:nautanki?
Ragini again acts as crying:Sanskar cheated me by marrying me.the reason is i revealed his truth to you.he isn't nice ma.he isn't..
She looks at her:i told feeling as a daughter to you..my intention is not to say bad about him.i am tired maa.why don't i get the little happiness?.
Annapurna wipes her tears: don't say like that Ragini.
Ragini:i was first deceived by laksh i didn't say anything.then laksh loved swara i didn't say anything.i accepted mentally ill sanskar what i got a betrayal for taking care of him he wanted harm this family through me,still I didn't do anything for his betrayal.may be my fate has on betrayal that's why,i don't own a sister,my fiance doesn't like me.and now my husband,just for the name.he wants the revenge from me for telling you all the truth.what should i do? I want everything back to normal but i end up being alone.
Annapurna: it's not like that Ragini..
She tried to reason because she really felt bad for Ragini because everyone just used her.
Ragini smiles: it's okay maa..because mistake is mine i go to make something good but end up losing everything.i have accepted it.it's my fate.i have no happiness written in it.Sanskar,jo apne parivaar ke na ho sake woh hamare kya honge. I didn't expect that i have to face the hatred from my husband.
Annapurna didn't had words.Ragini was acting of crying silently.
Ragini:maa..you should go i want to be alone!
Annapurna nods and turns and finds pari.who was also sad for Ragini.pari signs her to move in.
Annapurna nods.
Pari:maa... Let's leave her alone she needs sometime..
Annapurna nods and moves to their respective room.
Ragini who till then acting of crying comes out of the temple:sasu mummy...how was my drama?
Sujatha looks on being confused.
Ragini:sasu ji please don't get confused.
Sujatha slowly comes out:nautanki bandh kar apna
Ragini:Aww..i am just following you steps in Nau-tanki
Ragini smirks and raises her eyebrows twice a times.
Sujatha:what are you trying to prove?
Ragini drags her to near by guest room where no one was there!
Ragini:your one and only son tried to mess with me.so i am preparing for his destruction.
Sujatha:i would kill you if you do something to sanskar!!
Ragini:sure...but is it possible to kill me mera matlab agar sanskar hi na rahe tho?then can you control yourself and have courage to kill me sasu ji..hmm??
Sujatha looks at her.
Ragini:and one more thing.i know that you don't like me a little.i have pakka deal for you.find the best girl for Sanskar,beautiful pretty educated,the one who sanskar totally go spellbound and he would regret of marrying me.aap tho jaanti hai i want laksh.so if you do this much to me then easily out of your son's life.very good deal na?
Sujatha looks on.
Ragini:or if you try to oversmart.should i show you a demo?
Sujatha :what demo?
Ragini:go and ask your son leave me.if he says he is ready to free me then problems are solved for you and me too.but afsos mujhe nahi lagta...
Sujatha:my son will listen to me.
Ragini:of course try!!
Sujatha was about to move.
Ragini:one more minute sasu mummy..i am so kind for you if it didn't workout then i have deal for you join hands with me.
Sujatha directly moves out:my son will definitely listen to me!
She moves to Sanskar's room.
And finds Sanskar sleeping.
She thought to talk to him later.
When Ragini enters and picks her bag and takes out a red colour lehenga.
And moves inside the washroom.
Sujatha looks at Ragini and places her one palm on her cheeks and in shock:i never thought this girl can also be like this.
When Ragini peeps from the door:kya kare sasu mummy...your son is a different breed i must say. he changed me completely after the betrayal!!!
She winks at het.
Sujatha quickly moves out:yeh ladki bohoth chaalaak hai.i must talk to sanskar..i must!
Later..
Ragini comes out and wipes off the water from hair.
When sanskar wakes.he sees her getting ready.
Sanskar sits:wow..my dear biwi, I didn't knew my good morning would be this bright!
She fumes and ties her hair angrily.putting the maangtika on her forehead.
When he stood and moves to her:so hot!!!
She glares him.
Sanskar:what didn't like?then you are damn sexy!!
Ragini angrily was about to punch him on his face for commenting on her like that.
Sanskar holds her hand:control..i am your husband.i can say anything to you.i can do anything with you!
He moves his fingers on her face.
She pushes him:move away..if you touch me again i will break your bones.
Sanskar laughs:really...
He pulls her holding her hands and she lands on him.
Sanskar:now..
She struggles in his hold.
Sanskar:with just a little force you landed like this and you will break my bones.
And in next moment she pushes him with all force with a punch on his chest which made him fall on the bed.
Ragini: don't underestimate me.i am still telling you careful.or you might lose your life.
Sanskar laughs:you think it's easy?do you know Romeo Juliet Heer Ranjha.like the way if i die,i will make sure you will also die with me.then we can sing duet song.
She angrily fists her hand and moves out.
Sanskar winces holding his chest and coughs:really hard.is it her hand or iron!!
He breathes to control himself!!
Sanskar:lot more to come sanskar be careful!!!!
Ragini moves to kitchen and finds sujatha alone with the calm and extremely sweet tone:Sasu mummy!
Sujatha smiles being forced:yes bahu ranii.
Ragini smiling broadly:should i make some teaa?
Sujatha:no no.no thanks,you are here in my mansion that's only big thing.
Ragini:Aww..but let me do the duties of ideal daughter-in-law for some days at least....
Annapurna from behind:somedays Ragini?
Ragini gets scared while sujatha passes a winning smile.
Sujatha:jiji she...
Ragini turns:maa..when Sanskar or Aunty doesn't want to accept me the relation would not last longer.i don't want to break the relation.(she chokes)its good that i leave from here as soon as possible...
Sujatha:Ragini.
Ragini:i know aunty you don't want me to call you mom like sanskar.but you are also like my mother. Though the situation was different though your son doesn't like my presence.i am still the daughter-in-law. in this right i was asking for the rasoi rasam if you don't want then it's okay..
She sniffs a little and moves.
Sujatha was like😱and herself:hey mara Ram ji.yeh kis khet ki mooli hai?
Annapurna:sujatha.. what's her mistake in this?bechaari ne kya kuch nahi saha..whatever Sanskar did was not right.instead of trying to mend the relation you are complicating it more.
Sujatha:jiji she is acting...
Ragini:please ma let it be.if aunty doesn't like my presence then i would stay here at some corner of this house.
Pari who was standing near door:chaachi you only told on my first rasoi that even if we know to cook or not.its a ritual for the daughter-in-laws of this house.in this Ragini have to do it.Ragini you do it..
Ragini looks at her:but aunty..
Annapurna:Sujatha is sad that it all happened suddenly give her sometime beta.
Ragini smiles and nods:then i will make the breakfast for everyone!
And Annapurna:Swara?
Pari:i went maa.she is still sleeping!
Ragini controls her smile and starts to cook.
Annapurna:i will go!!
And after sometime Swara comes there.she was still sleepy.but somehow managed herself.
Swara don't know what to do. She had to make the sweet dish but what will she make?
She looks at Ragini.who was smiling as she know about Swara's tension.
But didn't see her once.
Ragini:if you see me.food won't be cooked...
It was when laksh enters the kitchen.
Ragini smiles seeing him.
Laksh:the aroma is dragging me to here what's cooking?
Ragini:chole!
Laksh smiles: that's my favourite!
Ragini:i know that's why i made..
He looks at her confused...
Swara gets upset.
Laksh:what are you cooking?
Seeing her he understands.
It was when Sanskar comes there:wow..my dear biwi is on cooking mode!
She gets pissed.
Sanskar controls his laughter.
Sanskar:What Ragini?chole?i thought you will make my favourite Aloo paratha.
Ragini:i didn't knew it.
Sanskar:how you don't know?you loved to know about me earlier you knew it.okay since it's your first day i forgive you but tomorrow i want your hand made aloo paratha!
Laksh to swara:seems bhaai and Ragini are so much in love.
Swara just nods.
Sanskar:chole tho pak chuka hai..i have some work with you.come with me.
He holds her hand and drags her.
Sanskar:laksh enjoy with your wife!
Laksh smiles.
Ragini fumes:i have work here..
Sanskar:more important then me.
She glares him.
Sanskar:roti is ready chole is ready even kheer is ready what is left?
Ragini:i have to clean.
Sanskar:there is servants.see you look so tired.your face says.you have become hot too..
He touch her face.she couldn't do anything in front of laksh.
Sanskar:in this hot kitchen.come come...let me make you cool.
He drags her.
And once they enters the kitchen.she pulls her hand from him: don't play the double game with me.
Sanskar:you only started the game if you forgot.
Ragini herself:tonight you will know the results of messing with me
Later..
All tasted the food made by Ragini and everyone appreciates.
Swara was nervous as she didn't made anything:sorry maa i didn't make anything today.
Annapurna: it's okay you make tomorrow.
Swara nods.
At the night...
Ragini was all angry with sanskar.because in whole how much she tied to get close with Laksh and Sanskar spoiled it.
It was when she heard the sound of footsteps.
She quickly lays on the bed.
Sanskar enters and working in the tab.
When he sees her sleeping.
Since it was late and he was sleepy.he too sleeps but her face was was distracting him a lot.
Later in the mid night.
Ragini wakes and sees Sanskar sleep.
She picks the vase and moves near the sleeping sanskar.
He was like the thorn in her way to laksh.and she hits his head on the vase.he shouts.and again hits this times he shouts much louder...
