Ted and Amanda were sitting together at the defense table. Amanda agreed to be co-counsel for Ted, which he was very appreciative.
Ted turned to look at her and said, "thank you".
"For what"? Amanda asked.
Ted chuckled at her and said, "for helping me. I don't know if I could do this without you".
Amanda just looked at him and said, "Oh, I'm sure you could have you jsut know that I have a personal connection, or should I say vandetta with Elizabeth Smith and I do, and I just want to say. Thank you! This is gionig to be super fun".
"You're welcome", Ted said and chuckled. He knew that she would be excited to help him to go up against Elizabeth Smith.
Amanda looked over at the other side and noticed Elizabeth was over there waiting for the judge to come in, she noticed the look on her face. Her confident look on her face. Amanda sighed and looked straight ahead. Oh, this is going to be hard one, she thought.
