The Dryerman's Dance

Extra: Suno's rants

Sillysally305

Hi everyone! It's Suno again!

I stumbled upon this idea when browsing some writing prompts forums. I didn't know why I felt like it. I just did it. And it felt goddamn good.

Daisy's an ordinary woman in her early 20s. She led a mundane life after her boyfriend's death and worked at a restaurant to make ends meet. Her sister decided to live with Daisy to take care of her (though there could be lots of reasons why a young woman like Lilia wants to live in the same apartment with her little sister).

Then there's this Dryerman or Darkness-kun. He's a pretty funny guy in the draft. I hope I was able to depict it okayish in the story. He's an honest and sincere guy, a cheerful type.

Initially, I imagined the story a bit differently, like a bit more uplifting. However, the more I dug into our Daisy's past, the more frustrated I became.

It was my decision to separate them. This is the first time I felt like I was the one who decided where the story would go.

Well, it wasn't exactly me, but this world, more like it.

Even though this is a fantastical short story, meaning everything is possible, it didn't feel right if they ended up together. This is what I will have to think about. What if they could be together in the world of darkness?  This idea sure sends thrills to my spine.

Death separates the living and the dead, no matter what is made of us. If you want to move on, you have to mourn the dead well. No one can run away, repress or deny it. No can do.

That's what this story is about.

I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

Thank you as always. Until next time, cyaaa!

Today's sure another strange day for me. I haven't paid the bills yet, it's the end of September already ToT

Time sure flies.
