Malik Residence
Asha's phone slipped from her hand. She became horrified as her plan of killing Arnav backfired. He strangled her neck when she tried to separate Khushi from him. Now, she ate poison which she planned for Arnav. Don't know what that monster (Arnav) is going to do. Taking a bag, she stuffed her stuff and rushed to the car. Throwing the bag inside, she entered the car. Within a jiffy, she got vanished from Malik campus.
In a few minutes, Police jeep got into the Malik Residence. Arvind got stuck, seeing cops in his house. Something alarmed him. He called Asha who was not at home.
Arvind(shouting): Ashaaaa....
Tina: She is not here, Dad.
Arvind looked at the police.
Inspector: Sir, this is an arrest warrant for Asha Malik for poisoning Arnav Singh Raizada's food. His wife is admitted to the hospital in a critical stage who ate the food.
Arvind got horrified like ever before.
Tina: Whaat...? Khushi Bhabi ate the food? But how? I have warned her about the food?
Inspector: Yes ma'am... she ate the food. Please call Asha Malik.
Tina: She went to the farmhouse. You can get her there.
The cops left towards the farmhouse, taking the address from Tina.
Arvind: What's happening?
Tina: I heard she is talking to Khushi Bhabi's stepmother that she had been arranged for someone to mix poison in Bhai's food. I called Bhabi and told her to save Bhai. But I don't know why she ate it.
Arvind: Why she is doing this? Arnav is already angry with her... (pause) how do you know she is going to the farmhouse?
Tina: She has been keeping Khushi Bhabi's stepmother and sister there for the last two days. So, she should have gone there.
Arvind: How could I see Chotte's face....?
Tina: It's all fate...
Tina left to her room. She wanted to go to the hospital. But Arnav would be there. Don't know how he will react. It won't be wise to enter the wounded Lion's den.
City Hospital
Arnav huffed in relief as Khushi crossed the danger zone. She got shifted to the special ward. She has not out of the unconscious state yet. Arnav was sitting beside her, looking at her. His heart ached seeing her being crumbled. This is the limit. She ate poisoned food. Though it was not necessary Khushi like an innocent girl would do like that. He gritted his teeth... why the hell she took risk? His mind hit him
"To stop you from eating the food damn it"
He clutched her knuckle which is being attached with a butterfly needle. The saline was getting down into her vein through it. Taking her hand, he kept it on his cheek.
Arnav: I'm sorry Khushi.... for everything... I'm sorry. Get well soon... I'm waiting for you.
He kissed her knuckle.
Malik Farm House
Vidya and Resham glanced at each other, seeing Asha rushing into the farmhouse.
Vidya: What happened Ashaji?
Asha: Instead of Arnav, Khushi ate the poisoned food.
Vidya: Did she die?
Asha: Not yet... she was admitted to the hospital.
Reshma: Ohh God... what now?
Asha: Let the situation cooled down. Until then we will stay here.
Suddenly, they got panicked, hearing a few footstep sound. Asha's face drained, seeing the cops.
Inspector: Ms. Asha Malik, you are under arrest.
Asha: But why?
Inspector: We caught the man who you hired to poison ASR's food. He told us everything.
Asha: Inspector... please, forgive us...
She said pointing Vidya and Reshma...
Vidya: Why are you pointing at us?
Asha: What are you asking Vidya? You are the one who is behind the issue...
Inspector: Who are they?
Asha: Khushi's stepmother and step sister. Because of them, I stoop so low inspector.
She dragged them into the issue. Vidya and Reshma were shocked to the core, seeing Asha's drama...
Reshma: Don't lie... it's you who want to kill ASR for the property.
Asha: Shut up... why should I kill my son? It's you and your mother who wanted to take your house from Arnav.
Inspector: Whatever... come and say it in the station.
The trio got handcuffed.
City Hospital
Khushi slowly opened her eyes. She felt a burning sensation in her throat. The tube which got inserted by the doctor, to take the poisoned food out, wounded her throat. She felt uneasiness in her stomach. Uditha was rushing to Khushi's room all crying. Arnav; who was in the hospital pharmacy, looked at her. Before he said anything, Uditha crossed him. She came inside Khushi's room and saw her trying to sit. She helped Khushi to sit and hugged her with teary eyes.
Udi: Thank God you are alright Khushiji... why did you eat the food? Why did you take risk?
Khushi was looking at her said nothing...
Udi: Why are you looking at me?
Khushi hawked...
Udi: is your throat paining?
Khushi nodded yes...
Khushi (in feeble voice): I just want to stop Arnavji from eating the food.
Udi: For that, you could just shrug off the plate...?
Khushi: I could... but I didn't think of anything at that time... my mind stopped working.
Udi: You are so innocent...
Khushi: I didn't lose anything being innocent. Instead, I earned good-hearted people like Arnavji, Amanji and you...
Udi(chocking): do you believe, I'm your well-wisher?
Khushi: like my own sister...
Udi: Means, will you do what I said.
Khushi: Sure...
Udi: keep silent; don't say anything against whatever I say...
Khushi nodded Ok. As she knew who Uditha is, she wanted to see what she wants her to do.
Uditha went to the door and opened it slightly. She saw Arnav coming with medicine. She looked at Khushi and gestured her, keeping her index finger on her mouth. Khushi nodded ok.
Arnav was about to open the door,
Udi: I can understand your pain Khushiji... (he stopped keeping his hand on the doorknob) I have never seen such a love Khushiji... you tried a lot to prove yourself and your love to ASR. At last, you ate poison to save him. I believe ASR will understand your love. Don't lose hope Khushiji... please don't take any drastic decisions. (Arnav widened his eyes) take your own time and think... but please don't be upset. I know how heartbroken you are. Everything will be all right Khushiji....
Khushi controlled her smile biting her lips. She understood what Uditha is trying to do. She decided to maintain the same.
Udi was happy as Khushi didn't react opposite to her.
Udi: Please Khushiji.... Please don't cry....
Arnav no longer could stay there. He got inside, opening the door. Khushi bowed down, closing her eyes by her palm like, wiping tears. Arnav looked at Uditha and she left the room. he came to the bed and sat on it.
Arnav: How are you feeling now?
Khushi nodded OK looking down.
Arnav: is your throat paining?
Khushi again nodded yes.
Arnav: Actually, I didn't expect anyone would dare to poison my food.
Khushi was silent. Arnav felt tug in his heart as her silence caused something. How cutely she roamed behind him...? He hurt her.
Arnav: we can go to RM in the evening, after the saline bottle finishes.
Khushi nodded ok.
Arnav: Khushi... can't even you talk slowly?
Khushi: Oh... I can't...
Arnav: Ok ok... don't... it's ok...
Their attention went on the door, as Uditha and HP came.
HP: How are you Khushiji?
Khushi nodded ok SMILINGLY. No need to say it pricked Arnav. She didn't even look at him once but smiling at HP?
Arnav: Do you bring it?
HP: Jee.
Arnav: Give it to me.
HP gave him the juice bottle. Arnav poured it into the glass and forwarded it to Khushi.
Khushi nodded NO not looking at him.
Arnav: It will soothe your throat. Have it.
Khushi again nodded NO.
Uditha: Khushiji please, you didn't have anything. Your stomach must be empty as doctor's cleaned it thoroughly. Please have it.
Khushi nodded ok smiling at her, making Arnav vex. Taking the glass from his hand she drank slowly. Arnav Singh Raizada could tolerate anything but this. And when it comes to Khushi, he is a possessive monster. He won't bear to be ignored by her. After all, she is the only one who he is having for himself.... Who loves him wholeheartedly... truly... He needs all her love for himself... only for himself.
Arnav: You both leave... go and arrange dinner. Don't forget it should not be spicy. We will be soon.
Khushi and Uditha smiled inwardly. She and HP nodded ok and left.
Khushi finished the juice, looking at somewhere.
Arnav: You can sleep for a while if you feel tired.
Khushi nodded ok and lied on the bed and closed her eyes. Arnav understood that she is really upset with him. She was not wrong though. He didn't respect her when she poured her love on him. Then, obviously, she would be upset. However, he has to convince her. Arnav was really guilty whereas Khushi thanked God inwardly. Her payer was heard it seems. Her Arnavji is beside her, taking care of her... this will be an awesome phrase of her life. Won't it be?

Khushi had been lying on the bed for long but she couldn't get sleep. In fact, she had no intention to sleep. She toasted on the bed and saw Arnav sitting on the chair which is next to the bed and thinking something deep. He got panicked.
Arnav: Khushi...are you feeling uneasy?
Khushi nodded NO.
