 Part 88 Last Part

Arnav wondered.

"Sheetal?"

"Yes, Arnavji, knowingly or unknowingly she was affected by the black magic and lost her life. She not only needs a diversion but also satisfaction in life. she won't get if she continues in AR. In fact, she would remember the past again and again if she resumes in AR. The TRUST work will give her satisfaction"

"Ok... but it's a job of handling a huge amount... do you think she would be reliable?"

"Won't you be part of it? Will you let her handle it alone?"

"Of course, I will be part of it but why don't you take charge of it?" Arnav asked.

"Me?"

"Yes, the idea of Education Trust is yours. You too should engage yourself with something. It will be helpful for me. I will concentrate on AR if you share my load"

"Do you think I can do it?"

"I will help you until you pick it up"

"Mmm..." Khushi nodded ok.

"We will start the process of the trust after our Reception"

"Are we going to have reception?"

"Then what? Who knows about our wedding? I want our relationship to get recognized. I don't want anyone to raise questions about our relationship"

"Shall we go to our Kuldevi temple after our Reception?"

"Sure"

"I will invite Pandit Bhiya and Siya Bhabi to our Reception"

Arnav nodded ok.

They reached RM. They saw everyone in the living room having tea. Arnav smiled at them. After many days, he got the sight of seeing all together. They came and sat with them.

"Khushi, I'm waiting for you to tell you something," Anjali said.

"What's that, Bhabi?"

"My parents are coming to India tomorrow"

"Is it?"

"Yeah... they are going to celebrate their wedding anniversary party in Delhi as I could not go to Singapore in this condition"

"That's so nice. So, you will be busy in the upcoming days"

Anjali nodded yes smilingly.

"Nani, I would like to arrange our wedding reception next week," Arnav said.

"Wow... that's so great. I got an excuse to prolong my parents' stay in India" Anjali chuckled.

Khushi smiled.

"Lavanya, will you help me to get prepared for the reception?" Khushi purposely pulled Lavanya into the conversation.

"Sure, Khushi," Lavanya said without thinking.

"You can join AR after our Reception," Khushi said.

All of them looked at Lavanya wondering.

"Are you going to join AR?" Shyam asked.

Lavanya nodded yes.

"When did you decide it?" Anjana asked.

"I don't want to be sitting at home doing nothing. That's why I asked Arnav. He agreed" She said looking at Arnav.

Arnav and Khushi understood that Lavanya didn't want others to know about the one-sided love she had for Akash.

"Oh, God... are you going to torture us in the office too?" NK asked sadly.

Lavanya was silent as she was not in the mood to snap him back.

"Nani, Khushi wants to visit our kuldevi temple. I'm thinking of taking her after our reception," Arnav said.

"Shall I come with you?" Nani asked.

"Of course, you can..." Khushi said.

"I too want to visit the temple..." Manorama said hesitatingly.

Arnav looked at Khushi who nodded ok.

"If you are willing to visit the temple, you are welcome," Arnav said.

"Why don't we make it as a family trip?" NK said.

"Are you going to come to the temple?" Arnav asked unbelievably.

"Why not? I never visited Lucknow... who knows? After visiting the temple, I may find my life partner" NK grinned.

Arnav rolled his eyes.

After so many happenstances of RM, Raizadas started believing in Devi Maiya like never before. They believed their Kuldevi Temple had some special power in it.

"Yeah, it would be awesome," Anjana said.

"Are you also coming?" Nani asked.

"Yeah... I too would like to visit the temple" She said.

"Ok, then... I will arrange it as a family trip" Arnav said.

Anjali's parents' wedding anniversary was celebrated in RM only with family members yet grandly. As Anjali said, she made her parents stay in India for one more week with the excuse of Arnav and Khushi's wedding reception.

Not only Pandit and Siya but also Guruji were invited to the reception. Arnav and Khushi are drenched in the wishes of the people. They saw Aman coming with Sheetal. Sheetal felt awkward to face Arnav and Khushi and stayed aloof from them. After the party was over, Khushi came to her and sat next to her. Sheetal bowed down.

"How are you?" Khushi asked.

Sheetal nodded OK.

"Why are you not looking at me?"

Sheetal looked at her with teary eyes.

"I didn't intend to hurt you Khushi. I really don't know why I behaved like that"

"Leave it, Sheetal. You are repenting. It's enough"

Sheetal looked at her awestruck.

"Why don't you come to meet us?"

"I'm a little busy as I'm searching for a job..." Sheetal said.

"You no need to search for a job. A job is waiting for you in our Trust"

"Trust?"

"Yes, Arnavji has decided to start an Educational Trust for poor children. I'm going to take charge. I want you to be with me in that. I hope you won't deny"

Sheetal was bewildered. She did not know what to say. Tears flew from her eyes.

"Why are you crying? Did I ask anything wrong?"

"I don't know good people like you still exist in this world"

"You too are a good woman only, Sheetal"

"Me?" She chuckled painfully.

"Nowadays, people are so arrogant to admit their mistakes even though they know they are wrong. They casually break their loved one's heart and talk like they did nothing. But, you regret something you are not responsible for... that's a good quality many people don't have. Don't feel bad for what happened... feel good for what is waiting for you. Give your support to our educational trust. We need a loyal person like you"

"Thank you for making me feel worthy"

"You are... each and every life on the earth is worthy... in some way..."

"You are a nice girl. I failed to understand you"

"Forget the past... we have many things to concentrate on"

Sheetal nodded yes.

Arnav and Aman who listened to them smiled.

"I'm sorry, Arnav," Sheetal said.

Arnav nodded his head slightly.

"When are you coming to the office, ASR?" Aman asked.

"Please spare my absence for a few more days. I will join after visiting our Kuldevi temple"

Aman sighed.

"I miss you so much ASR"

"Oye... why are you talking like a crazy lover?" NK who crossed them countered.

"Of course, I love ASR..." Aman said seriously.

"Be careful Khushi Bhabi, it didn't seem good" NK countered.

Aman punched his back and everyone laughed.

"I'm leaving..." Sheetal said.

"OK, take care. We will meet soon" Khushi smiled.

Sheetal nodded ok and left the place.

Anjali's parents wanted to go back to Singapore the next day of Arnav and Khushi's wedding anniversary but they didn't as Raizadas planned to go to Lucknow to visit their kuldevi temple. As per the doctor's advice, Anjali could not travel long distances. So, Raizadas requested them to be with Anjali. Hence they agreed.

Except for Anjali and Shyam, all the Raizadas went to Lucknow to visit the Kuldevi Temple. While Raizadas rested in Sheesh Mahal, Arnav and Khushi went to Nanu's house. Arnav liked its calmness and simplicity. The neem tree in front of the house kept the house so blowy.

Khushi took him inside the house.

"I think, Pandit Bhaiya cleaned the house due to our arrival," Khushi said.

"Yeah..." Arnav opened the window that was on the left side. He got stuck, seeing a man hugging a woman passionately.

He turned towards Khushi with a smile and gestured for her to look at them. Khushi widened her eyes.

"Damn this man... hasn't he stopped it yet?"

"What do you mean, hasn't he stopped it yet? Have you seen it many times?"

"Because of that idiot only I hated intimacy," she said making a weird face.

"What the..."

"Haan, Arnavji... he is always sticking with his wife... I never dared to open the window you know?"

"But why?" he smiled.

"It's awkward to hear moans and groans," she pouted.

"Really?" he moved towards her.

Khushi saw him advancing her. Pulling her to him,

"Do you feel awkward to hear moans and groans?" he asked in a husky tone, making her blush.

"Enough of your romance. Let's go to Pandit Bhaiya's house. Siya bhabi will be waiting for us"

"Ok, we will discuss the moans and groans issue tonight" he smiled.

They came to Pandit's house. He was waiting for them with Siya. Taking a bag from the car, Khushi came inside with Arnav. She gave it to Siya.

"Formalities?" Siya asked.

Khushi nodded yes.

Siya rolled her eyes.

"Wait I will bring you coffee"

Khushi followed her.

Siya went to the kitchen to prepare coffee. Siya's son came home and found a car outside. He rushed in with excitement and pushed the bag Khushi gave to Siya. The bag fell down and a box slipped from the bag. Pandit's eyes shrank, seeing the box as it looked like a jewelry box. Taking it, he opened it, and he almost had a heart attack, seeing a jewelry set worth nearly five lakhs. He looked at Arnav shockingly.

"Khushi bought it. I have no idea about it" Arnav smiled.

"Siya..." Pandit called.

Siya came with Khushi who brought the coffee tray. She gave the coffee to Arnav casually. Siya who saw the jewelry box was also shocked.

"What is this Khushi?"

"A gift" she sipped the coffee.

"For?"

"For his amazing coffee," she chuckled.

"No, Khushi, I won't take it"

"You can't say that because I'm your sister-in-law"

"Khushiiii" Pandit sighed.

"Arnavji wants to do something to you but we don't want to embarrass you by giving money. So, we bought this gift"

"We don't want such a costly gift, Khushi. Your friendship is enough for us"

"But, your friendship is not enough for us"

Siya and Pandit frowned.

"Do you forget what I said? Your son is going to become a collector. So, we may need his favor in the future... that's why we are buttering you now itself" She said controlling her smile.

"Crazy girl..." Siya chuckled.

"Please keep it, Bhabi" Khushi said.

Siya sighed.

"Let's go to the temple. I had prepared Prasad for the Pooja"

"Wow, really?"

Khushi looked at Arnav,

"Siya Bhabi's preparation would be so tasty, just like her coffee"

"Yeah, good coffee," Arnav said.

"Shall we go?"

"Yeah..."

Pandit and Siya got into the car with their son. Arnav started the car towards the temple. Villagers gathered in the temple to meet Khushi. They inquired about her married life and about Delhi. Pandit called Khushi for the Pooja. Khushi excused herself from them and stood next to Arnav. Raizadas also came from Sheesh Mahal to attended the Pooja.

"It seems you have a huge fan follow in this village?" Arnav teased.

Khushi closed her eyes smilingly and prayed.

"Hey, Devi Maiya, I never asked you anything because you have given me everything before I do that. I just want to thank you for everything... Thank you Devi Maiya" She was supposed to open her eyes, but she could not. She felt suffocation. Arnav who just opened his eyes saw her falling. He held her in his arms.

"Khushiiiii... Khushi open your eyes. What happened, Khushi?" he tapped her cheek.

An elderly lady came forward and checked her pulse. She pinched Arnav's cheek making him stunned.

"You are going to become a father," the old lady said.

People around them laughed in happiness. Siya sprinkled water on Khushi's face. She opened her eyes slowly.

"Arnavji... i..."

"Going to become a mother..." he smiled.

She widened her eyes unbelievably. People started congratulating them.

"This is the same place where you took birth and now..."

Cutting Arnav,

"I got to know I'm carrying your baby in the same place" She smiled.

Arnav nodded yes smilingly. Khushi looked at Devi Maiya Idol thankfully as she understood she would be a protector of her baby too.

The End.
