This is based off a Buzzfeed video I saw, I decided to do my own version of it.
This isn't a poem. Some may consider it to be, but I don't. It's a letter to my mother who died when I was eight. I decided to post it so others might do the same
It's a coping thing, you may say. To write down all you want to say to the person. It's not bad to be upset, to cry and mourn. Let yourself be upset. It's normal and never forget that.
