10 years after Cyrus had murdered Jeremiah Valeska and his accident of falling in the vat of liquid chemicals, he spent those years in Arkham Asylum then he ends up escaping from Arkham. He decides to go on a crime spree and eventually gets the civilians of Gotham City to call him the 'Clown Prince of Crime'. But he still is trying to find out a new nickname for himself. Then somehow Jerome is brought back to life. What will happen when Jerome finds out that Cyrus has finally broke free of the 'prison in his mind' as he calls it? What will happen when Cyrus meets the new vigilante who everyone calls Batman and suddenly finds himself drawn to him? Read to find out.
