PALM OF THE HAND STORIES, written by Kawabata, is a collection of short stories whose lengths are around 1 to 2 pages. Kawabata was famous for his brief and concise prose. The short stories were very stylish of him. And I think at the moment I am interested in imitating to be Kawabata-esque.
