19 Deal
Part 19 Deal
Rajesh was horrified to see the scene before his eyes. He slowly turned his head and saw his mother, who looked like a fireball.
"Mom..." Rajesh tried to touch her hand, but Amrita shrugged him off and advanced on Roshini.
Roshini shivered to see her fire-emitting face. She moved backwards fearfully.
"Amrita..." Avinash tried to say something, but he zipped his lips, seeing her throw a flame-like look. He gulped hard.
Amrita clutched Roshini's hair and pulled her hard.
"You bloody bitch... how dare you do this to me! How could you cheat on me?" She dashed her head on the nearby wall.
"Ahhhh..." Roshini shouted.
"Did you come here to break my family? You bloody home wrecker..." She yelled, which brought the servants out.
Amrita looked at her servants.
"Do you guys know this?"
They nodded no hurriedly.
"Leave..." She shouted.
The servants rushed out of the place. Amrita banged Roshini against the wall again. She pulled Rajesh's belt and started lashing her. Roshini screamed in pain, which echoed all over the bungalow. Rajesh and Avinash had no guts to come near Amrita, who looked like a war God. Roshini cried like hell. Clutching her hair, Amrita dragged her towards the exit. She pushed her out of the house, and Roshini fell to the ground.
"Get out. I should not see you again. If I see you, it will be the last day in your life."
Roshini stood up with blood oozing wounds. Her skin peeled terribly. She could not even walk. Yet, she moved out slowly, putting in effort.
Amrita looked at Avinash, who bowed down. She went to him and clutched his collar. She pulled him to their room and pushed him inside.
"If you want her to DIE, go and meet her." She said in a dangerous tone.
Avinash gulped hard.
"Who is there?" She called her guards.
Two of them rushed to her.
"He should not leave this room. If he leaves, you will lose everything." She warned.
They nodded.
She closed the room door with a thud and cried, bursting out. Rajesh rushed to her and knelt in front of her. Amrita cried, hugging him. Rajesh caressed her back in a consoling manner.
"Mom, please, compose yourself..."
"I trusted them..." She said, in between her cries.
"Mom, please, don't cry..."
"How could they do this to me? How could they cheat me? I trusted them blindly. I thought they were my strength. I never imagined they would stab my back."
Rajesh didn't know how to console her.
Amrita stood up, wiping her face.
"Listen, everyone..." She shouted.
All the servants gathered there.
"If I learn any of you is supportive of that man, I won't spare you. Is that clear?"
"Yes, madam..."
"You too should not talk to him," She warned Rajesh.
"How will I talk to the man who betrayed you, Mom?" Rajesh asked emotionally.
Amrita went to her room and closed the door.
Raizada Mansion
Khushi was dumbfounded, seeing the variety of food on the dining table. Anjali made her sit in front of Arnav.
"Khushi, no urgency. Eat relaxingly and finish everything." Ranta said.
"Everything?" Khushi was horrified.
"Yeah, I prepared everything for you only. After all, you are our guest..."
Khushi gulped hard. How could she eat all the dishes? Arnav smiled, seeing her expression.
"Don't take them seriously. Eat as much as you can." He said.
Khushi looked at Ratna, who laughed.
"I was just kidding. Don't I know you can't eat all of them? No one can..." She smiled.
Khushi huffed in relief and ate smilingly.
"Do you cook, aunty?"
"Of course, I do..."
"Very tasty..."
"Thank you..."
Khushi ate, looking at the painting.
"Khushi likes paintings..." Arnav said.
"Is it? Arnav also likes paintings..."
"Oh..." Khushi smiled at him.
"Yeah, he will grab the paintings as much as possible..." Anjali said.
"Khushi, do you think why Arnav brought you here, and we are treating you well?" Arvind asked.
Khushi stopped eating and looked at Arnav, who ate smilingly.
"Why?" Khushi asked.
Arvind was about to say something, but Ranta stopped him and too a lead.
"It's because WE like you."
Arvind smiled content. Khushi felt it different. It seemed like a lie. Were they trying to hide something from her? What was that?
"Do you think what she told is not true?" Arvind asked.
Khushi smiled without answering.
"I will tell you the truth."
Khushi nodded like, 'tell me'.
"I'm doing this for my future purpose."
Arnav laughed.
"I didn't get you, uncle," Khushi said thoughtfully.
"Don't we want to eat peacefully?"
"So?"
"This is how it works..."
Khushi was confused.
"Dad, why are you confusing her?" Arnav smiled.
"She might not understand that now, but she will understand in future..." Shyam said, smiling.
Khushi could not conclude anything. She didn't know whether to ask them or not. So, she kept quiet and observed them. They were talking about FUTURE. Did they have an idea to bring her into their family in the future? While thinking that, her face wore a smile. Arnav noticed it.
"Chotte, didn't you go to the tender auction?" Arvind asked.
"It's at 3 o'clock, Dad."
"Oh, then, drop Khushi back."
"Yeah, sure..."
After lunch, Khushi came to the painting and admired it.
"How beautifully Ravi Varma painted..."
"It's not hard for an artist."
"Means?"
"An artist needs creativity. To trigger it, the artist should engage himself in such an atmosphere..."
"How?"
"It's simple. A beautiful girl like you would have been with him."
Khushi was suffocating. She could not believe Arnav said that. Was she that beautiful to change Ravi Varma's atmosphere? She thought.
"Actually, I have to go for an auction," Arnav said.
Khushi nodded.
"I will drop you at the hotel Blue Moon before going."
Khushi nodded.
"Shall we go?"
Khushi again nodded and took leave from the Raizadas.
"Keep coming when you get time," Ratna said.
"Sure, aunty."
Khushi walked with Arnav. He started the car towards the hotel Blue Moon.
"What did your father talk about?"
Arnav smiled like he expected that.
"How do I know what he talked about? You should have asked him, instead." Arnav said.
"But you too asked him not to confuse me..."
"I saw your face and understood that you were confused. That's why I said that."
Khushi became disappointed. She saw Arnav smilingly drive the car. She didn't believe he didn't know what his father talked about. She understood he would not tell her the matter.
After that, Khushi didn't intend to ask him about it. She didn't think he would tell her about it.
Arnav dropped her off at the Hotel Blue Moon.
"Bye..."
"Bye," She smiled.
She stood looking at Arnav's car until it disappeared from her sight.
When Arnav came to the auction hall, Aman was already waiting there with their guards. They walked in. Many businessmen were in the hall, expecting the results. Arnav came and sat next to Rajesh.
"Do you think you will get this deal. ASR?"
"I don't think YOU will bag this deal," Arnav said calmly.
"Let's see...I have coded a very small amount. Then why won't I get it?"
"All the best..." Arnav said, looking straight.
The authorities came to the little stage to announce the result. Everyone was eager to know the result. The authorities announced that AR won the deal.
Arnav looked at Rajesh and smirked.
