Part 58 Conspiracy
Arnav was shocked to the core. Before he tried to cut the handcuff off, they handcuffed him with another handcuff, making him thunder stuck.
"We are sorry, Mr. Raizada...! If you are a werewolf, you will cut off the handcuff easily. That's why we came up with another one" one of the policemen said.
Arnav closed his eyes, gritting his teeth. They removed his phone from his pocket and switched it off. Arnav knew whose brain was behind this. He expected Shashi to do something to stop him but didn't expect him to do it now. He didn't know what they were going to do with him. He didn't conclude where they were taking him. He was sure that they would not take him to the police station because Arvind would get to know that. Shashi would have thought about it. So, they must be taking him somewhere else.
As Arnav expected, they brought him to an abandoned building in the outskirt town and locked him in a room with wooden windows. Arnav frowned. If they knew much about a werewolf's power and put handcuff over handcuff, how did they think he could be controlled in this room if he transformed? He could not understand.

Khushi was selecting jewels with simple designs.
"Khushi, choose some grand design. They look so simple" Shashi insisted.
"Dad, I can't wear them to college if they are grand"
Shashi sighed.
"I will wear them after our marriage when I go to college with Arnav," She said, keeping the chain on her neck and looking at her image in the mirror excitedly.
Shashi gulped down hard. He was scared to see Khushi's excitement. He didn't know how he would console her. he knew he was taking a dangerous risk but had no choice. He had to do it for his daughter's better future. He could not let his daughter marry a werewolf. He could not let his heir be a werewolf. Let the consequence be anything, he was ready to face it.
His thoughts broke, hearing his phone ring.
The call was from one of the Werewolf teammates. He excused himself from Khushi and came a little aloof. He stood, keeping Khushi in his eyesight.
"Hello..." he said in a low voice.
"Sir, we arrested him. He is in the abandoned building, sir. We put him in the room and locked it"
"Be careful. The werewolf has an extreme level of power. Don't delay even a minute. It was enough for the werewolf to destroy you" Shashi warned.
"Ok, sir. We will be careful"
"Is the camera ready?"
"Yes, sir. It's ready. The cameraman will be here in the evening. We will focus on Arnav when the moon raises"
"Good... we need proof that he is a werewolf. Or else, we would have to answer the Human Rights Commission"
"Yes, sir... we will capture his transformation in our mobiles too"
"That will be a good idea," Shashi said, looking at Khushi who was checking eardrops.
"Thank you, sir"
"Make sure, everything is perfectly ready"
"Sure, sir"
Shashi disconnected the call and came back to Khushi. She had chosen a few decent jewels.
"Is it enough?"
"Enough Dad"
Shashi looked at the jewels. He took a jewelry set with necklaces, eardrops, a bracelet, and a finger ring.
"Pack this too" he gave it to the shopkeeper.
"Why Dad?"
"My gift" he smiled.
Khushi nodded her head from left to right smilingly.
After settling the bill, he brought Khushi to the college and dropped her.
"Bye, Dad"
"Bye, beta"
Shashi left the place. Khushi came to the class and frowned not finding Arnav in the classroom.
"Hi, Khushi... where is your man? Didn't he come?" NK asked.
"I don't know" Taking her phone, she dialed him but his phone was switched off.
Khushi was confused.
"What happened, Khushi?" Lavanya asked.
"His phone is switched off"
"Let him be peaceful for at least today...he is going to be arrested in the name of wedding in four days..." NK countered.
Khushi hit him smilingly.
"Did he know you would be late today?" Lavanya asked.
"Yeah, I dropped a message"
"That's why he is also coming late. He would not have liked to be alone without you" Lavanya said.
"Yeah, maybe, Dude has changed unbelievably...!" NK said.
Khushi smiled with pride and was supposed to go to her bench,
"Khushi, sit with us until he comes. We will never get a chance again to sit together. After all, you guys are going to get married"
Lavanya pulled her to her bench. Khushi didn't deny it. Lavanya was not wrong. She would not get a chance to sit with them. Arnav would not allow her to do it for sure.
As time passed, Khushi was confused, disappointed, and also angry with Arnav as he didn't come to the college for the whole day. Why didn't he come to the college? Why didn't he call her? Why didn't even he drop the message? He would not come to the college the next day as it was a full moon day. He would be tired after the transformation. So, he would be resting at home. Then why didn't he come today? She checked her mobile again and again to see if he sent a message. She refreshed her mobile too but, she didn't get any message from Arnav.
The last bell rang. Khushi came out of the classroom and called Ratna to find out the cause of Arnav's absence. Ratna attended the call. Khushi spoke while moving out of the campus.
"Hello, my dear Bahu... how are you?"
"I'm fine... what about Arnie?"
"Arnie...? He will be fine as he is with you..."
"With me? Why would I ask you about him if he is with me, Aunty?"
"What do you mean Khushi beta?"
"I mean he didn't come to the college today"
"Whaaaat?"
"Yes, Aunty. He didn't come to the college"
"But, he went to the college. I prepared vegetable biriyani for you. He brought it happily"
"What are you saying, Aunty?" Khushi stopped and widened her eyes, seeing Arnav's bike in the parking.
"Yes, beta. He came to the college today. How would he be without seeing you for two days? He will not come tomorrow too. Don't you know that?"
"Aunty, he came to the college but he didn't come to the class"
"What do you mean?"
"His bike is there in the parking area but he is not here"
"What are you saying, beta?" Ratna was nervous.
Khushi didn't understand anything.
"Khushi, I will call you later" She disconnected the call and called,
"Arvind jee..."
He rushed out of his room. Ratna told him the issue. Arvind also became nervous.
"Ratna, it's already 4 O'clock. We have to go to the temple at 6 o'clock, chaining him up" Arvind said panicking.
"If he didn't go to the college, where would he go? What happened to him? What if he doesn't come home before 6?" Ratna asked horrendously.
Arvind gulped down hard. He didn't know what to do and where to search Arnav. They knew Arnav would not go anywhere on full moon night. He knew the seriousness. He didn't need anyone to explain it. Taking the car key, he rushed out and Ratna followed him.
At the same time, Khushi called Shashi and he attended the call.
"Beta, I'm in a meeting. Will call you soon" he lied to Khushi and disconnected the call. He kept the phone on the table and leaned on the seat, closing his eyes. He knew Khushi would ask him to search for Arnav that he could not do.
Khushi looked at her phone wearily. She stopped an auto and headed to the SP bungalow.

Arnav was sitting in the abandoned building, closing his face with his palms. According to the policemen statements, he understood they were going to capture his transformation and prove he was a werewolf. His question was, what Shashi Gupta was going to do by proving it? Khushi already knew it. Then what would he do by capturing it?
The policemen took the tiffin boxes from Arnav's bag.
"See, he brought biriyani" one of them said.
"Really, thank God, I was so hungry. I didn't eat anything in the morning too"
"Me too. I thought to bring something from the nearby restaurant..."
"Restaurant? From where will you find a restaurant in this forest? Come on, eat it" he extended the box to him.
Another one snatched the tiffin box and ate it.
"Wow, it's so delicious"
Arnav was silently sitting.
"Do you want biriyani?" One of them asked Arnav.
"Werewolf will not eat biriyani..." one among them said and they laughed.
"How will you transform?" one asked.
"Didn't you see any werewolf movie?" Another asked.
"Leave the movies... we are going to see the REAL transformation today. It's going to be excited" the third one said.
Arnav sighed. How could he say, it would not be excited if he transformed and he would kill all of them tearing them into pieces?
"Dude, check the GUN once if it's in a working condition. If it didn't work, we will become his DINNER then" one of them countered.
"No way, SP sir already checked it"
One of them removed the GUN with SILVER BULLETS. That was the same GUN Aman found in Aghori baba's cave.
