Seeing Kandan alive, the Murthy brothers stood choking. Was Kandan still alive?
"Kandan, you? Where were you these years?" Arvind asked.
"I was in Pancha Nandhi, working as Sathya Narayana's accountant"
"But, why did you go there, leaving your job here?"
"I... I regret my deed. It killed me. that's why I left Shivan Kudil"
"What made you regret?"
"You Brother-in-law's made me lie to you that they lost everything in the fire accident..."
"It must be them who should regret. Why should you?"

Arnav went outside and beckoned to someone. The Murthy brothers were horrified to see Pasupathi, son of the Kali temple pandit, entering.
"Pasupathi...?" Arvind was surprised.
"Yes, your highness! What Prince Arnav said is true. They came to meet my father and made him greedy with their words. They gave him two lakhs to perform black magic against you. I tried to stop my father, but greed blocked his senses. He agreed to do it for money."
"Pasupathi, why are you lying against us? What did we do that made you angry with us?" Chandra Murthy asked.
"I'm ready to promise in the Kali temple. Will you do that?" Pasupathi challenged.
The Murthy Brothers were horrified. Promising in the temple, in front of Kali Matha? They gulped down.
"Why are you hesitating? Tell him, you will do it tomorrow," Ratna said.
"Ratna, why should we prove ourselves to him?"
"I want you to do that not to prove yourselves to him but for ME... and my husband. Don't you want us to trust you?"
"Don't you trust us?"
Ratna looked at Arnav and said,
"You said you have evidence about their Five-star hotel"
"I need your permission to prove that"
"My permission? For what?"
"To RIDE their rooms", Arnav said, focusing on the Murthy brothers.
"Ride?"
"Yes, let us check their rooms..."
The Murthy brothers were furious, helpless, and horrified. Were their rooms going to be subjected?
"Ratna, this is not done? How could he insult us?"
"I will apologise if we don't get anything from your room", Arnav said.
"No need... we are leaving the Palace..." Chandra Murthy tried to leave the place, but Arnav blocked their way and looked at Ratna.
"I'm waiting for your ORDER,"
"Go ahead..." She said.
"But, Ratna..." Chandra Murthy tried to say something,
"sit..."
"Ratna..."
"I said, sit..."
The Murthy brothers and their families sat on the couch.
"No one should move from here until the checking is over... It's my order," Ratna said.
She clapped her hands, and a few servants rushed to her.
"Look after them. They should not leave this place until you get my order," she said.
They nodded yes and surrounded the Murthy brothers.
Arnav looked at Arvind and said,
"Appa, you go to Chandra Murthy uncle's room..."
Arvind nodded and went to Chandra Murthy's room with Ranta. Arnav headed to Krishna Murthy's room with Khushi.
Sathya Narayana sat before them, spreading his hands, crossing his legs, smiling. The Murthy brothers fumed.
"I can sense your stomachs are burning", he teased.
The Murthy brothers didn't reply to him.
"Do you know how long I have waited for this moment?"
They glared at him.
"I feel so relaxed today, " he sighed in relief.
On the other side, Arvind and Arnav gathered all the documents from their room in the living room. The Murthy brothers closed their eyes helplessly. They checked the records. He found the Swiss bank passbooks with a few million in balance. Arvind found a five-star hotel document and forwarded it to Ratna.
She read it and looked at her brothers.
"Now also will you say Arnav lied?"
They were silent.
"So, your intention is always money, and you used my mental illness in your favour..."
"We didn't do anything like that. We wish to protect your husband's heirless property. That's all. What's wrong with that? Even your husband didn't expect your recovery. You have no heir. We were the rightful heirs of this property. So, we thought of settling down in this Palace." Krishna Murthy said.
Ratna looked at Arvind and said,
"You are free to do anything. I have no problem if you file a case against them with the police," she said, stunning them all.
"How will you file a case? What's the base?" Chandra Murthy asked.
"You bought a five-star hotel with my husband's money..."
"Prove if it's true"
"I will surely prove it"
Ratna looked at Arvind and said,
"Arrange for an audit and check all the accounts after they take over it"
Arvind nodded.
"Till then, keep them in house arrest, " she said, which shocked everyone.
