Even though I am just a year younger than my sister Bella dad still makes her take care of me. Right now me, Bella, and Alice are in Volterra, Italy to save Bella's boyfriend Edward. He is a vampire and the only reason that I know is I accidentally stumbled upon the Cullen's while they were hunting for some reason they didn't realize I was watching until it was to late... Apparently the vampires that live here are the Volturi basically vampire royalty and they up hold the law... witch there aren't many but the few that I know of is no over extensive hunting and don't reveal yourself to humans. Technically they didn't reveal themselves to me I found out... somehow...
Anyway we had to get out of the car and while we were running all I was thinking of was something other than Bella and stayed hidden behind her. People all around us were dressed in red... the Saint Marcos day festival... the expulsion of vampires. We got to the clock tower and Bella got to Edward just in time... he didn't see me of course and I slipped into the castle, finally he sees me and gives me a questionable look asking silently why am I here.
"Bella made me come" I said answering his question. He just nodded understandably.
Then two vampires appear one blond and short the other brown hair and tall, so tall I have to look up to see his face I'm only 5' (if this isn't your heights then put in your height), both have red eyes vampires... human diet... the two and Edward had talked about that no rules were broken but that's about all I heard because at that point I had already zoned out in my own world.
Then I heard my name and was brought back to reality I also heard why don't you to go and enjoy the rest of the festival. They argued about it until Alice came in.
A blond woman came in saying enough... she also has bright red eyes... vampire. She couldn't have been turned more than when she was 13 or 15 at most, although who knows how old she actually was. I was so busy observing that I didn't realize that we were moving until Alice tapped me on the shoulder. We soon arrived at two large doors and walked in what must have been the throne room.
All of a sudden I hear a voice that's more mesmerizing than any I have ever heard "Sister we sent you out for one and you come back with two ... and two half's (I didn't really know how to word this) such a clever girl" he says. Sister she is close with him... they must be Alec and Jane. Why do I find him so interesting like I want to spend the rest of my life with him?
I look at the three people, excuse me vampires, in the thrones the one in the middle creeps me out, the blond one has an expression that is like a war generals mean and stern the kind I have only seen in paintings, and one who looks a little older than the other two with a very bored expression.
"What a happy surprise Bella is alive after all" the creepy vampire says. I almost see Edward smile at my thought. He then then grabs Edwards hand and starts so speak random things but one thing stood out to me "there blood appeals to you so much... it make me thirsty".
"Aro can read every thought I ever had with one touch" Edward says. Aro so that's creepy vampires name.
I hear Aro also say "Though you can't read Bella's or Y/n's thoughts fascinating I wonder what if their amune to all our powers". He then tested us with him and Jane. When it came Janes turn Edward leaped in front of us and had looked like he was in extreme pain. Bella and I had tried to help him but Alec stopped us... then he touched me I felt like I was on fire... but it didn't hurt it felt... good?
Aro... nope still calling Creepy Vampire... Creepy Vampire then laughs... even his laugh is creepy.
Bored man then gains a little life while they were discussing what would happen to us. He then extends his hand and Aro grabs it.
"Interesting little y/n is Alec's mate we will turn her" Aro says.
I didn't even realize what was going on until I heard Bella screaming.
"I don't mind becoming a vampire but your not changing me" I say not really thinking.
But instead of acting like I expected him to he asks why.
"One you creep me out, two blond man scares the crap out of me, and three bored man looks like he has no life to him... I mean no offense... oh ya four I really don't want to leave my home and want to graduate high school... that's all" I say honestly but kind of felt bad about saying that.
"Thank you for your honesty" Creepy Vampire says, then adds "Alec you will go with them so you can be with your mate... and please try to adapt to the Cullen's diet they do have werewolves nearby where the reside".
Alec seems stunned but nods going to stand by me, with that we leave heading back home. On the plane ride Alec sits next to me and Bella, Alice, and Edward sit close by just in case. They didn't like that he was coming with us. Sometime throughout the plane ride I fell asleep on Alec.
By the time I woke up I was in the Cullen's house, everyone was there and Alec had his arms wrapped around me. I looked at Alice and Edward and they nodded signaling that everyone knew why he was there. I knew someday I would be turned into a Vampire and I didn't really care all that mattered was that I was with someone and a family that would love me forever.
