When I was a baby my birth mom didn't wan't me but I was adopted by the Cullen's, more specifically Emmett and Rosalie, when I was a baby. They are my parents not the people who gave birth to me. The Cullen's are my family not the Y/L/N's. They adopted me about 17 years ago and I am in my junior year of high school... ya I had to repeat a grade because I didn't understand what the teacher was teaching... Oh well.
Anyway I am still human along with Bella and I have quite a temper but luckily I can control it... well... most of the time...
It started at school I get picked on a lot, for my height and for other things... one of them being that I am adopted. Some days are better than others... In gym is mainly where they do it because it is a physical class and my none of my family are in that class. The coach had us running around the gym and one of the people that picks on me ran into the side of me and I had fell and felt excruciating pain in my ankle and I screamed in pain. The people in the class started to crowd around me and the coach told them to back up and give him room. He had also called the nurse because he wasn't sure if it was a break or not.
The nurse wasn't sure either so she called an ambulance and when it came the coach told one of the students to carry my bags into the ambulance. When he brought in my bags I asked him to give me my small bag, so I could get my phone out and warn Carlisle that I was showing up at the hospital.
I decided to call him on using my earbuds so I wouldn't have to text. The phone rang a few times before he answered.
"Yes Y/N" Carlisle answered.
"I thought I should warn you that I am going to be showing up at the hospital" I say pain probably evident in my voice.
"Whats going on, why are you coming to the hospital, are you ok," Carlisle says worried.
"I'm fine the coach and nurse are just worried that I broke my ankle and before you ask yes I am already on my way, see u soon," I tell him almost crying because of how much pain I am in right now. With that I ended the call.
From that point to the hospital I just focused on staying awake and I knew that it wasn't good for me to sleep.
We finally got to the hospital and right away I see Carlisle... well a blurry Carlisle... I hear him ask "Does Rosalie or Emmett know". I couldn't really speak to answer because the pain was only getting worse so I shook my head from side to side telling him no they didn't.
"All right I'll call them and tell them after we see what is wrong with your ankle", Carlisle said and began to run some tests, then said that he had to take an x-ray on my ankle.
Turns out it was broken and as I was in the room to get the x-ray on my ankle Carlisle went to call and tell my parents what had happened and told them to tell the rest of the family.
They had given me something for the pain and after a little while my family had came in as a nurse was preparing my ankle for a cast.
I was really sad that I had broken my ankle even though it wasn't my fault and my dad had apparently see it as he said "Did you try to chew gum and run at the same time or did someone start talking about star wars while you were running". This made me smile and giggle a little as he had put an arm around me giving me a comforting side hug.
I knew that I would be ok with my family and that I would have to tell them about the bulling and hope they wont do anything that they would regret...
