In the meanwhile,
Ratna came following her brothers to their old house. A few men who cleaned the house waited for them. It seemed they were newly appointed servants to their old house.
"I can't believe we are out of RM," Manohar said sadly.
"It seems a dream to me," Manorama said.
Sudhakar and Anjana took seats.
"Jeeji, did you really feel like someone pulling your leg?" Manorama asked.
"Don't you believe my words? I don't even want to imagine that again. My body shivers..." Anjana said fearfully.
"Thank God, nothing happened to me like that. I would have died on the spot" Manorama said gulping down.
"I didn't believe when Manorama told me about it, bhabi. I can't believe it's all happened in RM. What would be the reason?" Manohar asked.
"Who knows? Everything started happening in RM after Khushi stepped into RM. I strongly doubt her" Sudhakar said.
"Yes, to marry Arnav, she is the one who should have framed such things. Now, she made us run out of RM" Anjana said.
"But, Sasuma trusts her," Manorama said.
"Not only Sasuma but also Arnav. I can't believe he became her puppet. She must be a witch who knows black magic. That's why she trapped Arnav easily. Or else, he is not such kind who believes in spiritual things" Anjana said.
"But, why not the ghost be Ratna?" Manohar asked.
Everyone looked at him like mad.
"Ratna? She died eighteen years ago. Do you say her soul is still roaming around RM?" Manorama asked.
"Why not? She died leaving her only son. We know how much Arnav meant to her. There was a lot of dream in her heart about Arnav bituwa. Don't we watch in movies, the person who dies with an abortive desire will not rest in peace until her desire gets fulfilled?"
"We watched it in many movies but eighteen years is just too much. I don't think there is a chance for it" Sudhakar said.
"We are out of RM. Very soon Arnav and Sasuma will also get to know about the ghost. Then they will find a way to exorcise it. After that, we will go back to RM" Anjana said.
Ratna, who was listening to them became thoughtful. As she expected they didn't talk about her murder. From their talks, she understood that they didn't like Khushi and they doubt her for the happenings of RM.
Maybe, one or two among them would be innocent. They would not have known about anything. Using their innocence, the culprit would have come out of RM to save himself. They would get caught only if they had followed separately. She concluded.
On the other side,
Arnav rushed behind Akash halting his car outside the hospital as it would talk time to park it in the parking lot of the hospital. so, he stopped it outside. He saw Akash inquiring in the reception.
"May I know where Ms. Sheetal Kapoor was admitted?"
"One minute Sir"
She checked the register and said,
"Second floor, room number 208"
"Thank you" Akash walked to the lift.
Without waiting there, Arnav climbed the stairs, galloping. He reached the second floor before Akash reached and found the room. It was a corner room with good ventilation as it was next to the long balcony. Arnav went to the balcony and stood hiding. There was a ventilator above his head. He slowly peeped and saw a doctor entering the room.
"Didn't I warn you how dangerous the medicine is? Then why would you have it?" the doctor chided Sheetal.
Arnav gritted his teeth knowing, the doctor was the one who gave the medicine to Sheetal.
"I didn't have it... I'm sure I mixed it in Khushi's keer. I was the one who gave it to her. I don't know how I had it"
"Whatever the reason be, we can't change what happened. You ruined your own life with your own hands. Your uterus is damaged completely by the medicine. You can never conceive in this birth. What are you going to do now?"
Sheetal cried.
"Please don't say like that, Smita. We have only one daughter. Please save her life. I will give you how much you want. Please save my daughter's life" Sheetal's mother pleaded.
"I told you about the effect of the medicine in brief while giving the medicine. Then how could you be so careless?"
"Ayyo... we are not careless. Sheetal went to the kitchen and mixed it in Khushi's keer. She had it in front of our eyes. We thought she will become unfertilized. Arnav heard a door opening sound with a thud. He frowned whereas people inside the room were stunned, seeing Akash.
"Akash... you?" Sheetal stammered.

"Akash... what are you talking about?"
"How cruel you are...! Being a woman how could you think of spoiling another girl's life? I never expect you would be so ruthless. I am ashamed of myself for loving you"
Not only Sheetal but also Arnav was shocked. Akash loved Sheetal?
"Do you love me?" she asked shockingly.
"I LOVED... but not anymore... no one would love a cannibal like you. I loved you from the time I met you. I loved you even after knowing you are interested in Arnav. I got my hope back when Arnav denied your proposal. I believed one day you will change your mind and understand my love. But you...? you disappointed me... you are a cheat... you betrayed Arnav in the name of friendship. Cannibal like you don't deserve a place on the earth. Because of you, I denied Lavanya who loves me madly. I wanted this... for hurting her feelings."
Tears rolled down from his eyes. Removing his specs, he wiped his face. Taking a deep breath, he moved to Sheetal and slapped her hard as he could not control himself.
"Ahhh" Sheetal moaned.
"You bloody bitch...! How do you think, Arnav will marry you and get an heir through you, kicking Khushi out of his life? Doesn't he have feelings? Will he sleep with you forgetting everything? ( he paused) Haannn... you would have thought everyone would be like you diabolically. I just want to squeeze your heart...( he said gritting his teeth and Sheetal flinched back) But, I know it's not possible... because you don't have a heart"
He looked at the doctor.
"You are a doctor, right? Do you know what's meant by a doctor? They are next to God because they are the savior of lives. But you?" he slapped the doctor too.
"I wish I could have recorded your conversation"
The doctor was horrified.
"Because of this bitch, my mind didn't work," he said looking at Sheetal dangerously.
He flicked his fingers,
"Listen, don't you dare come in front of us ever. I'm going to tell Arnav and Aman about what you tried to do to Khushi. If you want to be alive, ran somewhere else before they come here. This is the only help I can do for you"
Akash removed his phone.
"Akash, please Akash, don't call them. I don't know you love me..."
Cutting her,
"What would you have done if you had known that?"
"I would have forgotten Arnav because I like you more than I love Arnav"
"Is it?"
"Yes, Akash... trust me"
"I would have trusted your crocodile tears if I had not heard your talks. Thank God, I heard it and got to know how cold-blooded you are. What a punishment you were supposed to give to Khushi...! Will you do anything to get what you want?"
"I lost my mind hearing about Arnav's wedding. Please forgive me..."
"Forgive? Ok, I will forgive you if you change your uterus fertilized"
Sheetal was silent.

Akash walked to the door while dialing Arnav. He opened the door and was stunned, seeing Arnav standing with a sharp gaze. Sheetal and her mother shivered, seeing him. Arnav saw Akash's number on his mobile screen.
"Arnav..." Akash stammered.
Arnav showed his palm and stopped him from talking. Sheetal hid behind her mother, getting horrified.
Arnav raised his hand in which he was holding his phone.
"I just submitted the glass in a lab in which you mixed the medicine"
Sheetal was shaken to the core.
"But, I didn't know how to prove you wrong. I came here, seeing Akash entering the hospital. Thank God, you guys gave a statement and I recorded it" he looked at the ventilator.
"And, I have already sent it to the inspector. They are on the way... get ready... especially, you" he said looking at the doctor.
She tried to run from there. Akash blocked her way.
"I will become an approver. Please, save my reputation" the doctor said joining her hands.
"Reputation? You will get a NEW reputation from here on" Arnav said.
The police entered the room. Sheetal & Co became horrified. They didn't expect their chapter to come to an end soon.
Arnav gave space for the police to arrest them. They were taken to jail. Arnav smiled at Akash.
"Thank you, Akash," Arnav said. Whatever Akash spoke was what he wanted to speak to Sheetal. Akash reflected on Arnav's uproar so accurately. He so wanted to say SORRY too, for doubting him. But, he didn't. until Maya was proven innocent, he was not ready to be sorry.
Akash looked emotional. What happened there was a big blow to him. He walked silently and Arnav followed him.
