Part 77 Guesses all over

Arnav was horrified and looked at the surroundings. he saw a man with a CATAPULT leaving the place on his motorbike... the same man who gave them tea. Yes, he was Sona's son Harsha. He killed his father unaware of the truth. He just came close to them to know what they talking about. When he heard the man saying about their family to Arnav, he decided to finish him. He just didn't want Arnav to know the truth about Maya. He arrowed a little long needle on his larynx using a catapult to stop his talks forever.

The constables who were guarding Paramveer ran behind Harsha but he was so fast. He left the place in a blink of an eye. Arnav's security crew head Rajesh also followed him and stood panting hard, disappointedly.

A man who came to the police station for a random case captured the lifeless Paramveer on his mobile and posted it on social media with the caption, *A MAN MURDERED IN THE POLICE STATION IN THE DAYLIGHT*

The constables shouted at him.

"Hey, man... go away... go..."

The man left the place coolly as he already posted it on Facebook.

The police station premises became feverish. The inspector and the other police were rushed out. They were shocked to see Paramveer's lifeless body.

"Who was that, sir?" the inspector asked Arnav.

"I don't know," Arnav said perplexed.

"Have you ever seen him before?"

Arnav nodded no. The security crew head Rajesh came to Arnav.

"Sir, this is his bike number" he gave a chit.

"Did you note it down?"

"Yes, sir, I ran behind him to catch him but I could not. I noted his bike number"

The inspector took the chit from his hand.

"Which side did he go?"

"Left-hand side... towards the railway station"

The inspector ran inside and called the control room.

"This is Inspector Kunal. A man escaped murdering a witness in our station. He is going towards the railway station. His bike number is...DL 53 JK 6389"

"Noticed"

Kunal disconnected the call and came out.

"It seems this is a severe issue..."

Arnav nodded yes.

"What Paramveer was talking about?"

"He said how he was framed in a drug case by his wife and her family"

"I think the man who attacked Paramveer also belongs to the same family"

Arnav nodded yes as he did not doubt that.

"They killed a man in the police station. We will not leave this easily. The Police will soon find their whereabouts. They will get caught" the inspector said.

"Mmm"

"You too be careful sir" He warned Arnav.

"Yeah..."

"Thank God, they didn't think of killing you" the inspector sighed.

"No, sir... as of now, they want to stop Paramveer from stop talking more. They didn't want him to reveal about them. They could have killed me but Paramveer will tell the truth to you and my family. They didn't want it to happen. That's why they killed him leaving me behind" Arnav said.

"That means, whatever this man told you would be true," the inspector said.

"Absolutely... or else, they would not have cared about him"

"We will try to get them as soon as possible sir"

"Thank you"

Arnav left the place with guards who understood the severity of the problem that was surrounding Arnav. They became more alert.

Arnav was thinking about Paramveer's words to RM.

Sona's husband was not his father but Paramveer. But Sona told a story in which Arvind was in a live-in relationship with Sona and had two sets of twin children. She wanted to destroy Arnav because Arvind cheated on her and left her without a penny. According to Paravmeer's statement, whatever Sona told was a lie. But, why did she lie? What would she get lying? Arnav would not have trusted Paramveer completely if he had not been killed. But now, he had no doubt whatever he told about Sona must be true. Or else, they would not have killed him.

They sent Paramveer to jail just because he questioned them about their wrongdoer and now, they killed him. Would they be so cruel in killing their brother? Didn't Paramveer say, they must have killed Kishan? Would they kill anyone who came their way?

Their family was working all together it seemed. Deeraj was not their head but Sona's sister who was skilled in astrology and black magic. How anyone could predict the future of a person by seeing the lines on the palm for just three seconds? Was she so expert? Who could she be? Would she be the known person to him? She should be. She must be the one who predicted his and his family's future by seeing the palm lines.

Arnav thought about it. He didn't need to think deeply because the first person that came into his mind was Maya. Didn't she visit Varanasi often? He saw a powerful talisman and framed copper plates with some slogans at her house's doorstep that restricted Ratna from entering her house. She wanted Akash to marry Khushi. Akash Didn't accept Lavanya's proposal just because she was Arnav's sister. Did she deny her proposal just because she was his sister, or, she was HIS sister? Was there any chance for Maya to be his father's wife? Was Akash also a part of this conspiracy? Arnav was horrified. How many people were waiting for his downfall? How many truths his life was holding? He remembered something. Didn't Maya give him the phone number of the Varanasi talisman shop? He saved it on his mobile too. Taking his phone, Arnav dialed the number. The call was attended at the third ring.

"Hello..."

"Ji, Namaste..."

"Namaste, what can I do for you, sir?"

"May I know the phone number belongs to which place?"

"This is a talisman shop in Varanasi"

"What kind of talisman are available in your shop?"

"Any kind of talisman is available here, Ji. What kind of talisman do you want?"

"Recently, our family is getting affected by a spirit... could you suggest to me some way to protect my family?"

"Sure... we will send you a framed copper plate to you. Just fix it at the main door of your house. No bad spirit will near your house"

"Oh... will you SEND it through the post too?"

"Of course, we will. We are sending them to foreign countries also" the shopkeeper said proudly.

"Oh, I see..."

"Yeah, if you Gpay me the amount, I will send it to you. This is my WhatsApp number. Send me your address and I will send it to you"

"Ok sir... thank you"

Arnav disconnected the call thoughtfully. So, the shop is real. Maya didn't lie about the shop. Doubting her was wrong? He didn't know.

..........

The police station murder issue became a HOT topic in the city. The channels started telecasting it. Maya saw the flash news on TV about the police station murder. She frowned, seeing the person who seemed familiar to her.

"I had seen him somewhere... Where?" She looked at the person sharpening her eyes and mind. She widened her eyes as she identified who she was.

"Paramveer..." She murmured.

Without wasting time, she dialed Deeraj. He attended the call. Before she asked him anything, Deeraj said,

"Didi, I was about to call you to tell you an important matter," he said hurriedly.

"What about?" Maya asked.

"Harsha killed someone in the police station"

"Harsha? But why?"

"The man was talking with Arnav about YOU... that's why"

"About me?" Maya was horrified.

"Yes, he was talking about you. To stop him from talking further, he killed him"

"What did he talk about me to Arnav?" she asked with fear.

"That, it's everything because of their sister, sir. She is the worst woman I have ever seen. She is tenfold worse than Sona. She was a regular Allahabad visitor, skilled in astrology. You just show your palm in front of her for just three seconds, she will predict your future, seeing the lines in your palm. She is the biggest witch among them..."

Maya gritted his teeth. It seemed he had recited everything about her.

"But he didn't mention your name but only as Sona's sister"

Maya sighed in relief.

"Before he told about you to Arnav, he killed him"

"He had done a very good job," Maya said cunningly.

"But who was he that knows about you so deeply?"

Maya got an alert.

"Only two people other than us knew about you, Kishan and Paramveer. One is no more and the other one is in jail... would Param come out of the prison?" Dheeraj guessed it right.

"Do you think so?"

"Maybe, but I don't want my guess to be true, Didi," he said and Maya felt nervousness in his tone.

"What do you mean?"

"It's because Harsha was the one who killed him. Param is his father. I don't want Harsha to be the sinner of killing his own father" he said sadly.

Maya was stunned. She never heard such an emotional statement from Deeraj before. Was that Deeraj who cared about SIN? What happened to him, he talked about SIN. Was that the effect of Khushi touching his feet? Was Dheeraj losing his EVILNESS? Yes, or else, Deeraj would never care about SIN stuff. How brilliantly she touched Deeraj's feet and made him weaker. That one single girl became the biggest obstacle to her every action. She had to find a way to remove her from their path. Or else, her plan of getting Arnav's property would not come true.

"Didi, are you there?"

"What Sona says about the murder?" Maya asked.

"She didn't say anything but her facial expression changed when Harsha told us about the man he killed"

Maya huffed in relief. She knew Sona. She didn't have such a bloody sentiment of SIN. If she had it, she would not have sent her husband to jail and would not have said that she was the mistress of Arvind who had done NO MISTAKES in his life.

To be continued...
